I bought a used vehicle today. Looked at it yesterday. My salesman, Gregory Campbell “Soup” was very polite and very helpful! No pressure, professional, I would highly recommend him. Buying a car, even used, was not in my budget but when the one you’re driving is falling apart with major issues, you do what you have to do. Thank you so much for a pleasant experience!?

This is the 5th vehicle I’ve bought from Tom Harmon. As always, he is helpful and makes buying a vehicle fun. Brad Pitt was very knowledgeable about my vehicle and showed me all the new gadgets in my Tahoe. Everyone was personable and went above and beyond to make sure I got everything I wanted.

Don't fall for the banana in the tailpipe. Buying a vehicle from here can be a pleasant experience, but it's the service department that you will have issues with moving forward. The service department employees are rude and unprofessional. Some of the techs are inexperienced. When you're unsatisfied and complain about the services you received like spilled oil all over your motor and hoses or them forgettingto put more brake fluid back in your truck they give you their butt to kiss. When you refuse to do that they prohibit you from the property. I value my vehicle! I definitely value my hard earned money I spend on it!! Customers deserve the same respect the employees expect. DON'T SAY I DIDN'T WARN YOU!!! If you read my review first and having trouble believing it. Please hit lowest reviews for Bill Hood and read the other low reviews. We all can't be just disgruntled customers.

My daughter and I visited Bill Hood Chevrolet this week to make a purchase of her first brand new vehicle. Toby Bryant was our very knowledgeable and courteous salesman. We were greeted and welcomed by everyone on the sales floor making us feel comfortable and appreciated. All the employees we encounter were very polite and personable. We were AMAZED at the cleanliness of the facility including the shop area. Toby Bryant went above and beyond with sharing information and giving us hands on lessons in driving and operating the new vehicle. I highly recommend Toby and this dealership. We live two hours away but the positive experience and friendliness of everyone was well worth the drive.

We were just looking and then going to try other dealerships. We met Grant and he was very friendly, knowledgeable, and definitely a very good Christian. I must say we honestly gave him a bad time but he worked with us and we drove away in our new SUV. This is a great dealership to do business with so we will never buy anywhere else. Meeting Grant made car buying a completely different experience. Ask for him and you won't be disappointed.

I've purchased many vehicles over the years at various dealerships in Louisiana, and my experience at Bill Hood was second to none. I highly recommend them if you're in the market for a new ride. I advise anyone who uses Bill Hood Chevrolet to stay as far away from their service department as possible, and this is why! I brought my truck in for a headliner leak and the windshield had to be removed. Mark made sure to let me know in all of his years working there they have never broken any, but of course after changing the headliner they broke my windshield. After going back in forth, they did me the "favor" of only charging me for half (originally wanted me to pay for whole thing) of the glass they broke being there not responsible when that happens. Then they had to pull the new headliner out and the window for a 2nd time! Finally when I got my truck back, I dropped off the loaner car & Mark checked for damage and said I was good to go. I made him aware that I was not happy with the new windshield that was put in my truck because the seal at the top was poorly done. The following morning, I noticed damage to my dashboard and the bottom of the brand new windshield had a crack in it. I immediately called Hood and made them aware of what I found. They proceeded to tell me that I must have put a crack in the new glass and scratched my own dash! Then they accuse me of damaging their loaner car, saying the rear of the car was damaged and I had curb rashed all the wheels, when it was fine when I dropped it off. Mark was extremely unprofessional when he called me, which seems to be common practice there. I explained to him that these accusations were false and also really conveniently timed after the botch job that was done to my truck! Some people may have just let it go, but this is a clear case of how to NOT run a business, and honestly it's like they were trying to intimidate me into paying for damages I didn't do let's accuse our customers of damaging things in hope they won't come back for us to finish the job we did! . Mark and the service team have belittled me and my concerns every step of the way. I have brought my truck and wife's SUV over 10 times for warranty work and had countless loaner cars, but now that they do something wrong they want to play games and do anything they can to inconvenience me. As it stands, they have yet to make things right. The only thing I did wrong was bring my truck to BILL HOOD CHEVROLET!

This is a great and friendly dealership. I was treated with courteous from beginning to end. They made the process very pleasant and easy. If you are looking for a dealership that is upfront, willing go work with you, and awesome look no further, because this one is it! My sales representative Kendon Grant was very personal and wonderful! He made the process easy and fun lol. I'm so happy I went to Bill Hood of Covington. I highly recommend them to anyone and all my future purchases will definitely be with them.
