My son and I walked into Boost Mobile to add a line for his new phone. He is a 13 year old and is responsible for paying for his phone and his new line. Zejy and Tania were so incredibly helpful and kind to answer all of our questions and navigate the best priced options for us.

Do not go to the store. I was overcharged for a activation fee and it wasn’t even set up properly. And I cannot get the owner to call me back. He still owes me. he has a day to call back or I will report fraudulent charges.

This location is usually not helpful and usually has an attitude. They also need to brush up on some knowledge in case a customer has a simple question. The cheap service isn’t worth the hassle. I will gladly pay the $100 phone bill to Verizon any day. It was so much easier with Verizon, they were waiting for me to catch up. I was on the phone with boost for hours, in the end I canceled the service and still didn’t receive my refund. I was only getting service on a phone that I already had, they didn’t have any deals for phones. I went with Verizon, I have a new iPhone 16 on the way. My phone is en route to me now, and will be here Tuesday. I talked to about 9 different people with boost and was on the phone from 1 pm to 7 pm, and got nothing done. I was on the phone with Verizon and got everything done in 30 minutes

Got here at 7:30pm, and while I understand that it's close to closing time, it isn't closing time. I should have been able to still go in and take care of my business. Instead the only person in the store isn't doing his job. And all I wanted to do was get a sim card real quick for a new phone to add it to my lines. Well, I'll do it someplace that wants my business.

Told them I had a boost mobile phone and brought it in they sold me a dish network sim turns out I had a phone that was the AT&T capability SIM card so the dish one wasn’t working with there own boost mobile SIM card

Poor customer service. Deceptive "free" offers. Fraudulent return policy. And the place does NOT HAVE A PHONE. That's right, a phone company without a phone! Save your time and money and go else where, like anywhere else.

I was in there on 6/18/2024. The two girls who were supposed to be working there were lying on the furniture and giggling with customers in the store. Apparently maturity is not criteria to work at Boost. They also do not engage the customers and are not friendly. If anything they are socially awkward, and that’s bad for business.

I went there 3 weeks ago to cancel my plan and get off of auto pay. Well,two days ago, they took money out of my account . Now I can't get my money back from them. They can't find me by my name, my phone number, or my email address . But they sure know how to take my money, just not give it back. I wouldn't recommend my worst enemy to Boost mobile. They are thieves.

Boost Mobile is the absolute worst phone company there is. Google Boost phone unlock, and read the horror stories. Or wait until you need customer service and you will get to experience it for yourself.
