I have been living at Brewster Commons for 2 years now and it has been a great. They have pools and a gym there. My kids love to fish in the pond. The office workers are always super helpful and maintenance is always quick. I’m thankful that I am happy I pick this apartment complex over the others one

My boyfriend and I have lived here for about a year and a half. Zero complaints. Staff is friendly and super helpful, our neighbors are great, and we love our apartment.
They're great with upkeep. The pool & gym have been very clean every time I've gone. Just a generally peaceful and well-kept place.
I feel safe & welcome here. Love living here.

Only have been living here TWELVE DAYS. Upstairs neighbors are LOUD all throughout the night. Was told by the office “will get in contact with them.” Not very reassuring. Glad we only signed a six month contract. Don’t choose this property if you are looking for a nice quiet living space.

2024 holiday.
Great. The best place for a Supreme being of leisure to live. I gave up the life of being a servant to my things and figured out it is easier to live in and a great place that someone else will keep it up. They do a wonderful job here. Brewster Commons is not an sddress. It's a way of life.

***This is only my experience with a small group of people, not projecting this onto others! Wishing all well as I believe in karma and treating people fairly and EXACTLY how you want to be treated***
Obviously considering the area, this is a predominantly white community, and it has shown its true colors a couple months into my lease. (Shady neighbors, low vibrational office atmosphere, mid appliance styles, uncomfortable energies from everyone)
Firstly, my family and I were eaten alive by FLEAS our first week here. The office claims that all apartments are cleaned before move in, but after getting the carpets cleaned, the biting stopped. Meaning the carpet wasn’t cleaning correctly before moving in, resulting in a plethora of flea bites leaving marks. ALSO, the management office is very prejudiced towards us. I told them MULTIPLE times that I was a fully disabled veteran and had a handicap placard. I was told from the office that they were giving me a warning and inquiring about the parking passes to avoid a citation from the police, but turns out they were contacting and “riding the back” of the cop that also stays here the entire time because they THOUGHT that I didn’t have any handicap stickers nor disabled. Just moved states and retired from the military. But They left notes on my door and called about it numerous times where I informed them I indeed had a placard. Instead, they continued to harass me about not parking in disabled parking as I am disabled and had a sticker, but they did not care to know I had one. They rather “side with” the older white residents upset that a young colored family WITH HANDICAP PLACARDS are parking in the spots. The neighbors and others who are NOT residents,, but needed a spot, were reporting to the office that my cars were parked there as if I have to be in a wheel chair and elderly to be disabled. ALL DISABILITIES ARE NOT VISIBLE!
The neighboring officer did NOT handle the situation professionally initially as he left a note on my vehicle and when my husband retrieved it SAME DAY, just seconds later, after seeing him outside, the cop literally pulls up infront my vehicle to write a citation no longer than 2 minutes later. I had no chance to move it or address the issue. I’ve been home alll day and am home most days out the week. Going down there he was arrogant as he supposedly felt threatened because we are obviously not white, and threatened to arrest my husband for saying that he’s in the wrong, but was approaching my husband, not the other way around. I told him I could not have moved it if we JUST seen the note stating that a citation would be given for another parking violation, but it’s literally the same day, parked in the same spot, never moved. The only “violation” after that note, was when he seen my husband walk to my car to get the note and saw our skin color, and decided to write the note at that moment, not another violation or even a different date, CONTRADICTING the note he literally just left there and re-walked past. Regardless, I am disabled, and will be getting this thrown out in court of course, but look out for you and yours. Have to have our own backs here!
We continuously stated to just write the ticket as we knew we’re disabled, but he preferred to be combative until another officer arrived, then his attitude changed. Anyways, 10/10 do NOT recommend! I will not be renewing my lease. No longer comfortable here BUT will make sure to end these last few months on the HIGHEST NOTE ! 🫡 ☮️

I love coming home to this quiet and peaceful resort. From the friendly and beautiful ladies in the office to the hardworking groundskeepersthis is truly a place where you’d want to live. Highly recommended! They always have parking close to your apartment. Not a loud complex at all.

I have been blown away by the level of attention to detail and caring the entire leasing staff office has provided myself and my mother during the leasing process. Annie specifically has been such a huge help, and I cannot say enough kind things about her. The complex is located in such a convenient location and the grounds are lovely and well kept. Apartments are clean and spacious and love the balcony space afforded to each unit.

Best experience ever!
I lived there for 2.5 years and loved every minute of it. Staff is the kindest and nicest crew ever! Very responsive on the few occasions that needed attention! Great pool, great amenities, great crew, quiet area, fantastic overall experience ever! The absolute bestest!

I wanted to give a HUGE shout out to Aaron! Our AC and hot water went out today and he came and fixed both with a smile!
We love living in Brewster Commons. If we ever have an issue it is fixed in no time! Thank you guys for being so great!

Meghan is awesome. My Dad was looking for a place on short notice and we looked at several places on the NS. Nobody took the interest Meghan did in the situation and making sure everything was set for a smooth move in.

Lived at brewster commons for 3 years. Very nice, peaceful and quiet place. Close to all the stores. Loved the apartment space.

Leslie was amazing working with my international clients who needed temporary corporate housing while placing kids in schools and searching for a home. She was responsive to my endless inquiries and had everything in place upon their arrival.The gated complex is in a great location and the office feels like entering a luxury spa!
