Our dog loves it here, she has a great time with the large pack of dogs that she's with during the day and she comes home exhausted and seems to be very happy. She loves the activities including the pool time and arts and crafts, which she is always quick to pull and show us. She knows the route there and she'll how if we go by it and she doesn't get to stay! Much better than being left at home alone!

Picked up my dog and realized one of the female workers was high. I believe majority of the staff mostly the women are smoking something while on the clock and taking care of dogs.

Bear (and I) absolutely adores CBW. I have been entrusting the staff with his day care and boarding needs exclusively for almost 3 years. He has been going to CBW since he was a puppy and they treat him like family. Don’t let that Pyr stoicism fool you. He has the absolute the best time at camp. And I’m so grateful for that.

I take my guy here for socialization every 2-3 weeks because he tends to be leash aggressive and I was hoping this would help. Not sure daycare has helped with the leash aggression but he has definitely gotten more comfortable while at camp and seems to enjoy his time there... He's always pooped when we get home. I like that he's around other dogs so he doesn't lose sight of who he is :-). Costs a bit more than I like, which is why I don't take him more often (and the 4 vs 5 stars). Staff is really friendly.

Camp Bow Wow Covington is the best! My dog Chevy has been coming here since he was young (he’s almost 11 now) and still loves it. The staff is always friendly, the cameras are a great feature, and Stephanie is amazing. Highly recommend!

We had our Aussiedoodle groomed at BowWow and she came home with clipper burns on her paws and the hair on one ear was gapped. I know she's not an easy dog to groom but if their groomer couldn't handle her I wish they would have told us and stopped. Now she's chewing her paws, her toes are turning red and her ears need to be cut shorter to even out the gap. We were trying to let them grow out! She also had a round puffy tail and the groomer cut it straight? I can only imagine what the groomer put our dog through. She's very sensitive and the stress from this will definitely cause her to dread being groomed every more. It seems that the groomer had no experience with aussiedoodles. It won't happen again !
She also caught a respiratory virus from one stay there. Her vet asked if she had been to BowWow, apparently they had many other dogs with the same virus that recently stayed at BowWow. I understand it's impossible to keep people from bringing sick dogs to BowWow and our doodle gets excited when she knows she's going to play but her health is more important!
We're going to have to reconsider taking her back. I think the staff needs better training. We can board our Aussiedoodle with the vet and be certain that she will be cared for even if she doesn't have as much fun. I don't like to leave her anywhere and she definitely prefers to stay with me.
I'm disappointed in BowWow. Please take better care of our dogs. Provide more training for your staff and especially the groomers. They need to know the limit of their abilities.
