I had to run to the bank at last minute {literally run}, and the tellers ensured the safety of my account first, then nicely updated my account and helped me with a voided check for account verification. They even showed me how to access this feature on my iPhone from my checking account. Authentic, smart, and nice people at this branch. Makes me love Chase Bank! Thank you, Chase!!! Teamwork

The worst bank to open a business account. They canceled my account because a customer's check bounced, we fixed the problem but they always closed my account, I don't recommend Chase for a business account

The bank closes at 5 o’clock I walked in at 4:15 to open a bank account. The redheaded lady there told me that I would have to come back and make an appointment to open an account that it took an hour and a half. I have opened an account at chase before and it is never taken that long the lady simply didn’t wanna fool with me it was towards the end of her day and she didn’t want to inconvenience herself with more work so she told me to come back when it was more convenient for her. Don’t go to this bank no customer service no friendly attitude and if you were there during Towers only expect to get something done if it’s convenient for them what a garbage bank.

I have been a Chase customer for probably about for 10 years one of my favorite Banks Covington branch is the one I use nowadays. I recently needed a CD and called around all the banks and Chase had the best interest rates so I called to try to get an appointment and it was booked for the last hour so I stopped by and Banking Officer Michelle Gandy was with a Customer... And when she finished...she was Glad to help me. She got me all set up with my Bank CD. She was so Helpful, Knowledgeable & Professional.....I had went To Capital One to try & get a CD....What a Mess.... First they wanted me to do all the account opening Myself & with my own phone?I never heard of this ?????Then they offered me one of their I-pads to use... Myself again ? And No-one could get the Device or Override the System ? Not even the Manager ?What kinda Customer Service is That ?So.... Thank-You again Michelle & Chase BankFor a Job done... So Right

I had an appointment today at Chase Covington with Diana, she is very kind and good to help me open my business account even though we do not speak the same language. but the bank manager came to interrupt because she was helping me .. they should look for a more qualified person to be the manager .. now I will look for a better service in another bank

Everything is online. The bank doesn't have financial advisors staffed to assist with the largest loans via home loans or auto loans. They say " we can't help you" everything is online. But uh. We need answers to our questions. Online fails to prove answers for at the very least 7 to 10 days.Even then the answers are false.Very dis satisfied.

Michelle helped us fix our acc issues, was very patient with us. Walked us step by step to fix our account information, login information & Zelle information, all within minutes. Her multitasking skills and reading upside is suberb to say the least. Would come back soley based off of customer service (being the 2nd time Michelle helped us)10/10 customer service10/10 availability

I would like to compare this Chase branch to a bank account as of right now it is in the negative. The reason why is because the tellers there have bad customer service especially Alyssa Joliboix it is time for her to be replaced by a machine. When a customer is not familiar with what they can and cannot do it is time to explain it to them not do it and the customer doesn't understand. Also, learn how to speak to people and keep the sharp tongue in your mouth.

The worst customer service and a panic attack trying to get through all their nonsense just to access my money, in a nutshell. They lack any reasonable judgment and could easily be replaced by automatons and really should be, given that a machine could out-perform the drive-thru tellers. What's the point of having human interaction if they won't even use their brains? it's not that hard. It's specifically this branch that seems to have a hard time. The worst, absolutely the worst. Hands down. Can't even describe the awful experience.

Waiting 50 minutes for a signature. Should have brought a book. They are so sorry. I guess they only have a couple of highly trained people who can sign checks.

The branch drive through teller and acting branch manager both act in an arbitrary and capricious manner. In other words, the staff at this branch is very unhelpful! They refused to accept a Regions Bank Cashier's check and provide credit today. It was insulting to me, being a longtime client of JP Morgan, Chase (and former Bank One). Given my longtime client status I would have appreciated some judgment being utilized. Since it was not, I will be terminating my relationships with Chase and JP Morgan Investment Wealth Management.
