I came in 6-3-24 and purchased 10 packs of cigarettes but was charged for 12 packs. I've tried calling several times to speak to somebody, and nobody answers the phone. I live in North Louisiana and was passing through Covington, LA. I'd like my $16.51 that they overcharged me. I'm sure the store can check the cameras and see I was overcharged and refund me my money. Please be careful when making purchases at this store!

We were travelling through the area, stopped here for gasoline & snacks. Everything seemed reasonably priced. Was easy to get in & out & back to I-12 quickly. Nice, tidy, well-stocked store. Good beer & wine selection for a convenience store. Clean restrooms. Loved the variety of beer singles! Friendly staff. They have the automated checkout machine where you set all your goodies onto a platform & the machine calculates your debt-owed. The cashier person never has to touch your snacks/drinks & you feed your money directly into the machine. Contactless, quick, efficient & seemingly easier for both the customer & cashier. I hope everyone will work toward this high-tech system.

I have stopped at this gas station to get fuel something to drink and use the bathroom. Every time I go to this gas station the men’s bathroom is out of order. The women’s bathroom works just fine but there’s a sign saying no men allowed. I don’t even think bathroom is broke anymore. It’s been broke that long. I think they’re still using Cove as an excuse not to let us use their bathroom.
