I don’t know if it’s normal, but the hair dye is coming out after only 2 weeks. It also looks like they missed patches of my hair. Maybe they should have doubled up on the bowls of dye perhaps? I don’t know much about hair dye. Might as well do it myself next time. On the plus side, the hair dye price was very reasonable.
Edit: changing to 5 stars as they want to make it right. Perhaps I should have called them first. To the owners, please know that I don't want to ruin your business and I'm grateful for you reaching out.

Went in yesterday as a walk-in they were definitely busy but I was told ahead of time there was a wait . I expected it to be long but was seen quite quickly, I had a haircut an my brows done .love both very much! The people there are so welcoming a kind MY FAVORITE PLACE TO GET MY HAIR DONE 💕. I drive from Bogalusa just so I can go to them

I hate waiting weeks or months just to get my hair cut. They are walk-in only and after a quick 5 minute wait the gentleman got started on me. I did a shampoo, cut, and dry and I LOVE the way it turned out. Quick, very affordable, and they guarantee their work. I will definitely be back!

Straight forward, easy to find, usually quick to be seen and courteous professional staff. Been here several times for men's cuts and have been completely satisfied with care. Prices are affordable.
It's also right next door to nice Mexican restaurant, Rouses and several other convenient businesses.

I messaged them on Facebook before I posted this to understand why this happened.... just stood at the front door that was locked while everyone stared at me and didn't acknowledge I was there. 3:30 close at 4. .......This was the response......Sir we have been packed all day . Our staff is tired and it was 30 minutes early. We were here from 9 -3:30 today and we barely were able to eat lunch . So as the owner I have to know when my stylist have had enough. I am so sorry we weren’t able to speak with you . We were trying to clean up so we can leave at 4:00 . If you want to return next week we will be rested and able to give you a quality haircut.
Could you imagine if businesses closed early because they were busy and tired? And after working a whole 6 and a half hours! I believe a majority of people would think it's laughable that this is your response. Maybe post your hours until 3:30 knowing that you may put in those tough 6 hours so you have time to clean before you leave.

My dad, myself and 3 sons all get our haircut here and not once in the last 5-6yrs have any one of us been disappointed, rather we all walk out looking great every time! Ask for Sarah with an "H" as she puts it and you'll get a great cut, good conversation and pricing that cannot be beat for the service provided! Even on busy days you'll wait no more than ten minutes, plenty of seating and some toys to keep the little ones busy. Check them out, you'll be happy did! Keep up the great work guys n gals!

I am very upset I have gone there 2 times before now never had an issue like I did today! I wanted a specific layer style that's not what I got on top of it instead of cutting off my dead ends left them on there I was already crying in the chair the person I had called someone else over there that person was very rude and rough wasnt friendly just overall not a good EXPERIENCE ! by the time i got out the chair and up to the counter I was in tears they at first discounted my cut and because I starting balling they didn't charge me but wanted the owner to look at it u was so embarrassed already that I just wanted to leave it didn't help the person who came to cut my hair second was being loud about the situation! the person said it had to do with the texture of my hair I wanted layers that even when my hair was natural it looked good and they couldn't do that. I would rather be bald
