The staff woman with the “Scottish accent” is unfriendly and not helpful. She charged me full price for my prescriptions, even though I have insurance, because she couldn’t figure out how to read my insurance card. At the time I did not know about the app good RX nor did she recommend any other options. Therefore, I was charged full price as if I didn’t have insurance in which I spent over $60 for UTI medication that would have cost under $20. She could see I was in pain and I was trying to lean against one of the side walls by the pharmacy while waiting for my prescription because there’s no seating area. However, she asked me to move and there were no other customers in line for the entire time I was waiting on my prescription to be filled. I will never go to this CVS pharmacy ever again and this customer service experience has deterred me from going to any other CVS brand pharmacies. I will use Walgreens from now on because at least they are considerate and efficient and have seating in their waiting areas.

This is the absolute worst cvs pharmacy I’ve ever been to. They are literally always out of stock of every medication and then have unprofessional workers at the front crashing out because they have to take an incoming delivery instead of filling orders? They look like they hate their lives. Just once it would be nice to see a friendly worker. The pharmacists are friendly but too busy to interact with customers. As a diabetic it’s crucial to get my AUTOMATIC REFILLS on time! Do better cvs. Stop putting profits over people

If i could guve -1 star I would have. The lady was a very rude pharmacist. They are more concerned with profits than someone's actual health. They don't even abide by the law they go by their own rules which of course are designed for profits vs a patients health. Won't be back here again.

If I could give 0 stars - I would.First- let me say I NEVER receive any updates from this pharmacy. They NEVER call to let me know when a prescription is ready or received from another pharmacy.I called Monday to check in on my specialty drug. The lady was very nice and said it was available to pick up however they were still waiting on my other meds. No biggie, I’ll pick them up on Tuesday.I go Tuesday to pick up my specialty drug and my other meds and Will has no idea what I’m talking about. He can’t find the prescription in the system and he “looked” in the refrigerator, which was very untrue. He did not care about me or my medication. Which is fine, whatever. However, it was also the last day I was able to use my Medicaid before I was dropped and he said there was no sign of any specialty drug.So I call today, Wednesday. A lady is there and i explain the situation. She put me on hold for LESS THAN A MINUTE and found my prescriptions. I’m very upset with the way Will handled the situation as he did not even TRY to help. Now, I have to pay my new insurances price for the drug since I couldn’t get it before I was dropped from Medicaid since Will was so unwilling to help. Will NEVER use this pharmacy again for they are so inconsiderate and so not care

This is the only pharmacy my family uses. Any issues with prescription we get a call. Pharmacist always tries to find coupons for some of our pets medicine. They are wonderful!

I am not sure if it is just my local CVS that has issues or if it is being prompted by their corporate office. I intentionally told the pharmacy, at both the local and corporate level, to not do auto refills and that when I needed something, I would call to fill it. I only have one reoccurring prescription so I should be an easy customer to have. However, as the dosage level changes at the direction of my doctor, an auto refill just adds complications. I ended up getting a prescription for allergy medication to try, but my doctor wanted me to try an over the counter first, so I told the pharmacy to not do the refill and just keep it on file. I advised I would contact them if I needed to fill it. This resulted in 30 days of daily phone calls and texts asking me to sign up for auto refill and to fill the script. I had 12 phone calls and 6 texts messages in a week. At one point, this became even worse than telemarketers. They (CVS) my cell phone from different numbers, they called from cooperate, then they called from the local pharmacy. For weeks told them to stop calling and texting and was met with attitude and excuses. Finally, I changed my prescriptions to Walgreens, and I asked CVS to purge my records from their system. CVS advised they could not. Walgreens called to get my script transferred over and CVS claimed I didn't have any. Strange, because I was still getting multiple calls and texts while working and even during the weekend at times ranging from early morning till night? I was just contacted by CVS the day prior to trying to switch pharmacies as well telling me to refill a script after I told them no at least a dozen times prior. My final complaint is, if you go there in person, they are still in the dark ages of technology and they print a one to three foot receipt filled with coupons that often have nothing to do with things you actually purchase there. Here is some advice for CVS: stop the harassing texts and calls, no means no. And please, stop wasting paper and killing trees to print multiple feet of coupons on receipts. If you have so many coupons you insist on offering, add them to an app or a digital coupon catalogue. Get with the times and stop wasting resources!

Target screwed up big time when they let CVS take over their pharmacy. Overpriced by double and not at all helpful.

They sell lots of stuff. Also, it's nice and red inside.
