The Pharmacy at this location is so rude. They don’t smile at you, they don’t talk nicely to you, they make you feel like a bother. Like I really felt like I was making them go out of their way to help me. I will not be back. CVS you need to do better.

I am a frequent CVS customer. I stopped in this location to grab a few on sale items. Never once was I greeted, others definitely were, that is what made this stand out to me! 10 minutes into my shop this woman says finding everything ok? I explained that I was. I put a few more things in my basket and headed over to self checkout ( in my 15 minutes in the store I observed EVERY SINGLE CUSTOMER including 1 man that asked to be handled at the register, be sent to self checkout. Mind you, she walked the man over to self checkout and made him do his transaction there!!!!!!! When I get to the self checkout she says I’ll take you at the register because the make up is small. That was the reason I was given. I would have preferred for her to say “ let me ring you at the register to assure all of the make up in your basket gets scanned”. I would have preferred to hear the truth! It’s really sad how black ppl are treated in these establishments. I was dressed fine, my hair is done, my nails are groomed! Even though I was not fitting the stereotypical “might steal” narrative, I was profiled! I felt horrible after I left this location. I have enough money to pay for EVERYTHING that I like! ALL BLACK PPL DO NOT STEAL!!!!!!!!! Some of us work very hard to spend our money in your business, to pay the workers that treat us like we don’t deserve your overpriced items! CVS do better! Just lost a customer in Covington!

I normally don’t write reviews, but I left this CVS feeling deeply embarrassed and disrespected.
I visited with my two children and used the self-checkout due to a long line. Unfortunately, the machine errored out. It also failed for another customer—a large man who seemed to know what he was doing. He asked for a card and fixed his own machine, which made it clear he likely worked there or was in charge.
When he came to “help” me, he repeatedly referred to me using incorrect language. Despite my appearance and presence with my children, he made no effort to treat me respectfully. His tone felt intentional, and the way he addressed me in front of others was humiliating.
All customers deserve to be treated with basic dignity—especially in a professional, public setting. I hope CVS takes a serious look at the way its employees interact with people. Respect should never be optional.

Absolutely hate their call center to get pharmacy information. Have been a customer there, they ask for my birthdate and then they say they dont have that. Impossible to get a person. Can only leave voicemail. In urgent need to an RX they are out of stock on and cant get answers. If my insurance would not require it, I wold NEVER NEVER NEVER use CVS!

The employees at this CVS are consistently friendly and helpful. Unlike the Walgreens in the area. Pharmacy staff is always willing to go the extra step as well.

I went to check out at the front registers and there were two CVS employees talking with each other. One woman said the other woman would take me at the register next to her. The other woman (CVS employee), took my item from me and proceeded to scan it at the self-checkout register and then wanted me to give her my phone number. The second employee was african american with a short bob haircut. I looked at her a bit odd. I didn't really want to use the self-checkout register but she gave me no choice. I feel her actions were rude and lazy.
