The pharmacist, Kristen was a tremendous help with the cost of my medicine. She assisted me in applying for a card from the medicine’s manufacturer and saved me a lot of money! Thank you Kristen, I appreciate you!

I really do hope the Collins Blvd location gets better. I’ve been going here since it was Eckerd’s - probably before… The pharmacy people always seem like they are having the worst day of their life. I don’t know if it’s how they are treated or because they are short staffed or what, but the customer experience is really not what it could or should be. You can’t even talk to anyone on the phone anymore. You have to leave a message and wait for them to be able to call you back. I don’t want to switch pharmacies, but I don’t want to be treated poorly when I go to pick up my medicine either.

Don't expect to speak to person if you have questions about a prescription. You're only gonna get computer that will hang up on you.

I went to CVS for several different items and was able to find everything I needed quickly and was offered assistance by three different employees. Checkout was very prompt and the clerk was very nice and professional. I would reccommend this store if you are in the area.

This has to be the most terrible place to have to deal with. The pharmacy is slow and uninformative, everybody that works in the rest of the store is just plain rude, and good luck getting somebody on the phone! Absolutely HORRIBLE!

Would get zero stars if you ask me…. I’ve dealt with CVS on Collin’s for so long. I work in the medical field so I know both my insurances are active… yet the lazy workers proceed to tell me “they can’t find me” to the point where I just want to pay out of pocket…. EVEN THOUGH THEY HAVE FOUND ME WITH INSURANCE BEFORE! This has happened three times. Not to mention the absolute rudeness of the staff. However, today I switched to Walgreens… ABSOLUTELY FRIENDLY AND NO INSURANCE ISSUES. This place is pure laziness and rude. Find another pharmacy because this one is literally the worse.
