My grandson had a prescription
called in at 11a.m. from his pediatrician. I kept looking online for the status of the prescription it says it was still being processed. So I decided to drive to CVS to see what the problem was. After standing in line for 15 minutes I asked about the prescription and was told it was not ready. What do you mean it's not ready I replied she said we were busy today and we close in 5 minutes you will have to come tomorrow. OK tomorrow morning it will be ready she said no 12:00 in the afternoon. One complaint , second complaint same incompetent employees didn't not check a fax machine for a prescription that was faxed to them by urgent care. They kept saying they don't have a prescription. This was on a Friday I had to wait to call urgent care the following Monday to inquire about the prescription and was told it was faxed to CVS. The prescription was for an ear infection. My grandson is 11 months old now. He was 6 months old when he had the ear infection. This is totally unexceptable will be doing my business at Walgreens for now on.

Cashier was extremely rude. I asked for help and before I could peak she cut me off and said “I’ll be there in a minute” while she continued talking with other men coworkers. The jumped in front of me at the self checkout and started clicking buttons and accepting the price listed when the price for the items was not correct. I said “wait I was not ready to purchase.” She cut me off again and said “sorry I get this question all day, it’s because you have to put your red card in.” I said “I don’t have a red card” she said “ok well you don’t get the discount and started taking my items. She said it was too much work for her to just void the items I needed to take off and I would have to rescan everything. So she voided my whole order and made me redo it. I then had an issue with my card and I had to switch cards. She came up and clicked something on the screen and said “it’s because you switched cards.” And then under her breath says “you’d know if you would read the screen”
Absolutely AWFUL attitude to have towards people
