Early appointment, was taken back almost immediately, the person checking me in was very nice and answered my questions. The gentleman performing the MRI was just as nice. I was out of there in no time. Had a wonderful experience.

The scheduling of the MRI and the professionalism of the staff was appreciated. In that regard service was amazing. However, getting in touch with anyone in the billing department has proven to be frustrating. Services were paid in full at the time of the visit in September, but was subsequently paid in full by insurance the following month. Attempts to reach someone in the billing department to get a status of the refund has been met with no response to multiple voicemails.
Updated to add that I finally received a call after submitting an email request today, 12/19 which was my 5th attempt in two weeks to speak to someone. The associate was very friendly, helpful, and professional. Please update your Revenue Cycle processes to align with your excellent services.

I was welcomed immediately and did not have a wait. They were very efficient and kind. Michael took the time to go over my history and made sure I was comfortable while doing my MRI. I was very happy at how efficient and friendly they were. I was not rushed. Michael was very friendly and even had the music in liked to get my mind off the claustrophobia I had. I forgot the lady's name at the front desk, but she was very helpful and kind. I highly recommend going here for testing.

Caring techs were helpful and considerate. Though it was an open MRI , I started to have a panic attack. They talked to me and were patient . I would recommend this DIS location to anyone who needs their service . Thank you .
