1st of all Person asking what you want serving food at front line told me I need to wait for him to go take a break mind you their were several people behind me but before he walked out while still behind the counter he put his vape in his mouth smoking on it then turned around behind the counter to go pick up his coke can meanwhile still smoking on vape around the customers and our food being served then before clearing the turn around the counter he was on his phone then left to go outside. 1st of all when you have a rush like that you never leave a customer to wait. When he came back apparently his leaving started a trend because he spoke of the affrican American kid next to him the next guy on the line then he made a comment all he does is cry cause I guess he needed a break too. Anyways, he got my 2 potatoes I ordered one with brisket the other with chicken and spinach he told me the next guy dresses the potatoes with all the fixings. But he was not there to put my fixings on. In the mean time the 1st guy started to put the fixings on but told me their were no chives. By that time I asked him (you don't have any in the back?) He went on to tell me I needed to wait a half an hour if I wanted them. So I popped off and said I'm the customer and the sign says when you order these potatoes I ordered that they come with butter, green onions, shredded cheddar, sour cream and bacon. Well longer story short he left again went walking to the back of the store this time and got on his phone again. Now their is one guy at the counter. The guy at the register. Whom never left from behind the counter. When the 1st guy came back from the back and the second guy came back from whatever he was doing. They both seemed to return around the same time I guess the 1st guy realized yes I am the customer and asked the second guy to go cut me some green onions and put them in a container. All thanks to the 2nd guy. But then I went to get my drink and my free ice cream cone and they were out of ice cream. I've never in my entire life been so disgusted on how I was treated by the 1st guy and how he talked to the other employees. I have been in a mngr. Position more than once in my lifetime. I've never treated my customers or the people that worked under me the way I dealt with and saw tonight. I dont care if I got yelled at by my customer. I always smiled and said let me see what I can do to make whatever they were upset about or with better.I am a very unsatisfied customer not to mention the cleanliness needs to be addressed in lobby and bathrooms just the whole store needs to be cleaned up.Parking: Lots of parking

Ordered for 8 at the office. Order ready on time for pickup. Food was excellent! Destiny took the orders, prepared the food and was working alone. Will definitely be back! Destiny YOU ROCK!

Nice workers place a little unkept. Bathroom old and station that holds the ice cream outdated.

Perfect example of workers ruining a business. Guy with gold teeth making my food huffed and puffed with every customer, no “thank you” or greeting in site. I will take my business elsewhere.

I went on Saturday evening. It's always short staffed at this location. Two people working the entire operation is not enough, because the dining room suffers tremendously. The food is always good. Not great, but good. They were out of smoked turkey (again). No butter on the rolls (again)...honestly, why do you have the melted butter machine if you're NEVER going to use it??? Also, we ordered extra pickles...no pickles in/on any of the orders. The two employees that were there were nice. Nothing spectacular, but definitely not rude or anything. They were doing their best I guess. The dining room DEFINITELY needed tending to. Multiple tables needed to be cleaned off and/or wiped down. The trash cans were getting full. There was NO lemonade in the lemonade machine. There was NO iced tea in either container (sweet or unsweet). Much to my surprise, there was ice cream in the ice cream machine (it's almost always empty when we dine in, but on this particular night it was a takeout order). If the owner(s) would staff 1 more person per shift, and actually give a damn about stocking everything on the menu, this place could be a hit.

Just close it down already! They never have anything there. They are out of nearly everything every single time we try to order from there. Not sure how they are still in business operating like this for years.

This will be my last time going to this Dickey's. They have always been a bit slow and lacked urgency, but today they seemed like that, plus short staffed. Prices have gone up since we last came.Inexperience at plating and cashier. Ordered old school plate (brisket and kielbasa) and was plated pulled pork and brisket. "Whatever, I'll eat it" I tell my wife. Cashier said "two meat plate?""It supposed to be Old school (cheaper than 2 meat plate)""Two meat, same thing""Price difference, not the same"Rang up 2 meat anywayBrisket was completely cold, inedible [picture included] and I almost choked trying to eat it the first bite. At least the sides were okay. How something like this makes it to the plate is astounding.[And no, I am not going to be emailing the social media manager of an eatery, so do not bother with a copy pasta response, please.]

Was dry, was out of bread. Staff emptied trash and went back to serving food without washing hands or wearing gloves. Only thing decent was fried okra.Restaurant was dirty and staff not pleasant. Will not be returning.

Have tried twice. First time sweaty long hair guy cutting meats. Not very clean in the restaurant. Second time cashier dude had no clue what he was doing. Little lady was trying her best. Food was good but not really hot. Drink machine was mostly broken. Overflowing garbage and extremely dirty restaurant.

I had an amazing meal here today. I walked in the unlocked door maybe 5 minutes before they officially opened to be greeted by genuinely nice employees who seemed happy to be there. It smells amazing in here and the dining area is very clean. The food was amazing and prepared immediately. The staff really seemed to genuinely care about quality food and presenting a nice pleasant atmosphere. Great BBQ place.

Service was on the slower end. We waited 30 minutes to order and there were only 4 people in front of us in line. We watched the worker wipe sweat from face with a napkin and did not change his gloves before serving more customers. Restaurant was not very clean. The food was ok. Multiple things on the menu were out of stock.
