This store has the worst customer service. My cashier barely made eye contact with me or acknowledge my questions at all. She spent the whole time talking to another co-worker behind the counter, hit the total button while I was in the middle of typing my number in, took forever to hit whatever e-pay button there was so that I could pay, and didn’t even bother to say “thank you” or “have a nice day.” I expect this kind of bare minimum work ethic from workers around my age, but this was a gen x-er acting like this. As a gen z customer service worker, do better D.G..

It’s wild how I use to be able to go into this store without an problem and do my doordash orders but now Tabitha who works there can’t be professional and leave me alone and just let me get my stuff for my orders always had to tell other customers about what what family issue she has with me when I have not said two words to this woman during the whole family issue I just want to be able to get my the things my customers need for DoorDash but she will cuss me how and talk down about me in front of co workers and customers not professional at all

They never help you, the line can be backed up with only 1 cashier and the manager will still go outside to sit in the front of the building and smoke horrible customer service

MY WIFE SAID THAT SHE LOVES GOING TO DOLLAR GENERAL STORE'S BECAUSE SHE CAN GET WHAT SHE IS LOOKING FOR !!!!SHE SAID THAT THE ONLY SAD THING IS , THAT THEY HAVE QUIT SELLING CLOTHES AT , ALL OF THE DOLLAR GENERAL STORE'S , THIS INCLUDES , CLOTHES FOR ADULTS , TODDLERS AND INFANTS , YOU USED TO BE ABLE TO BUY PAJAMAS THERE TOO , BUT NOT NO MORE !!!!
