I stopped by today to pick up a new set of coils. I said the word burners instead of coils and was kind of scoffed at by what seemed to be the new girl working the counter. Was also told e-juice could not be used in my Smok novo-4 when I know both ejuice and nic-salts can both be used. From their web site either regular or Nic-salt juices can be used.The guy that was in there was very helpful and corrected her on the knowledge part with e-juice. She seeemed alittle rude but everyone has bad days. I left her a tip anyways! Brighten up Miss, and don't scoff at your customers making them feel like they don't know what they're talking about. Our lives don't revolve around vaping... it's only to quit smoking.Keep ya head up!?

Very helpful and surprisingly knowledgeable about all the different juice formulations and what I might change to fix my issue of taste and burned coils. Even has raw nicotine to dose the juice correctly. I guess bc she doesn't vape any more she has to be well informed.

I stopped by this outlet and purchased a new Aegis vape. I got it home and filled with e-liquid. Upon looking at the directions that came with it, I learned there is no coil inside when purchased. All the liquid leaked out and I cannot figure out how to access the bottom "doorway" to properly insert the coil. I tried calling the store number on the business card and looked it up on Google. The recording says the number has been changed and the new number is not known. " WHAT!!?? I WANT SOMEONE FROM THE STORE TO SEE THIS REVIEW AND THEN CORRECT THE PROBLEM. Thank you Penguinz
