I had an exceptionally great experience with the service dept yesterday. So many simple things added up to this: I was met at the car when I dropped my car off early for my appointment and I was quickly and kindly checked in. I was offered additional services but not pressured or guilted into accepting (this matters a lot to me). The shuttle service was an awesome touch and I didn't have to wait at allI was updated via text about my car and then I was given a call when it was ready. When I came back to get my car after work, I was greeted kindly by every staff member and quickly checked out. While signing papers, someone else pulled my car around. This service made my day so much easier and I am so appreciative. I didn't buy my car from this location but it has encouraged me to use them in the future.

Sales team was respectful and helpful and gave me the best deal of any dealership in the area. Service was courteous and effective and provided a loaner vehicle while they made a significant warranty-covered repair.

October 2023 my daughter brought her 2022 Tucson in for warranty repair work and decided to look at a new vehicle while there. The sales person started negotiating for what she was told was a 2023 Sonata Limited Hybrid. They didnt have her preferred color but could get one from Arkansas. The deal was done and all paperwork was signed (BEWARE what you are signing). Since her vehicle was in service, she was assured she could retrieve all her personal item when she returned to pick up the new car. After leaving the dealership she realized the new vehicle they had her sign for was in fact not a hybrid, but a regular gasoline model (BAIT and Switch?). Later when she returned to pick up the new vehicle, she was told her trade-in had been sold and all her personal property had been put in a dumpster! Dealerships will tell you ANYTHING to make a sale! And this dealer in particular should be viewed with a wary eye! Not quite dishonest, but maybe deceitful?

David was very friendly & not overbearing as a salesman. We enjoyed our experience looking at cars with him. However, when we attempted to leave and look at other dealerships, the “floor manager” came to us with a highly combative demeanor. He was extremely condescending & lacked any tact. The dealership was offering 2-5k less than 3 others on trade in value. Not sure what “deal” the employee expected to bully us into, but I’d recommend steering clear.

Thank you for a job well done. My daughter car was stolen in Baton Rouge and you was the only company that had availability. Thank you for great customer service to Blake and Travis who was my contact person. Thank you for easing my mind since I'm not from Louisiana and didn't know any other company. Your service was very well appreciated. Mrs Sherry Woods/ Angelique Woods Indianapolis , Indiana.

Your locationEddie Tourelle's Northpark Nissan955 U.S. Hwy 190, Covington, LA 70433Nissan dealerTim264 points21 hours agoI brought my car in for service. Several warranty items needed to be fixed. They said they ordered some parts and would call me.. I gotta call say my parts were in from a young lady, and I made an appointment for service. Nice people... I dropped it off. 2 and a 1/2 hours later, I went to check on my car. Having not heard anything or seen it in the service bay. The service person said they don't have any parts for me. I wonder why they called me and said that they did. I also wondered why he didn't tell me that when I checked in, nor anyone ever checked on this vehicle for 2 and a 1/2 hours. He said he's going to order them and was apologetic. It was a Monday, and they would be in by Thursday. And he would call me directly he apologized perfuously. He was a nice guy. 2 and a 1/2 weeks later, I've had no call from him, nor from parts saying, my items were in.. What is going on in this dealership?

If you are going to buy a car here take your attorney with you they are very good at hiding fees. The paperwork at the salesmans desk means nothing they tack on all sorts of money in the paperwork. The negative reviews are very accurate of what goes on here

Service department is horrible, I brought my vehicle in for recalls and to diagnose the condition of my AC...I get ANOTHER recall notice that the 2 recalls they were suppose to do they didn't do! And even though I knew what was wrong with my vehicle they had to do their own diagnostic I asked for the part to be ordered NEVER heard back. Decided to call adywr 2 weeks went bu and was left on hold then called back since they told me only the one person could help me and he never called back!!! It's as if they don't want to to work and we inconvenienced them!

Update to my previous review. 30 minutes after I left the previous review, I got a phone call from them and thought everything was worked out. Just to find out I wasted another 30 minutes on the phone just another bunch of lies. As stated in other reviews they try to wear you down. They said everything was in motion to make things right. Here we are 10 days later and back where we started from.

Our salesman, Anthony Fasola and the General Manager, Jeff Elliott are terrific! This is the first dealership I've ever been to that has honestly kept their word! If you want a Hyundai this is the place to go!Five Stars to the management and their team!

I originally gave a 5 star review, but this company with its employees do not deserve it.Make sure to double check the contract even though you verbally agree and shake on an agreement. They will try to wear you out and even mislead with false documentation. Even when they make a mistake they won't own up to it and make things right. I have proof and records of it as well still with no resolution after 2 months of contact. They will do whatever it takes to cheat you so they make extra profit.Jeff and Michael are truly disappointing.I advise not coming here to do business with these individuals and look elsewhere for an honest company as hard as that may be.

I'm puzzled by the great reviews. Certainly wasn't my experience. Bought a used 2022 Tucson hybrid limited. hate the dealership. Love the car and they are hard to find, which is why I bought it. anyway1. They are supposed to honor internet prices. I show up based on the price online and Tony says, "Well here's an additional $2500 for our treatment of the interior of the car." No treatment of the interior on earth is worth $2500.2. Mike Swagg told me on the phone they honored appraisals from Carmax, where i had gone the preceding day and had the written appraisal with me. They initially offered $4,000 less than carmax, then raised it to $2,000 less.3. When I left they handed me 1 key. Where's the other key, I asked. They didn't have it. Dealers charge $600 for it. (Yeah. $578, plus tax, according to a quote I got). Mike did contact the orignal owner who-- good news-- still had the key and promsied to drop it off. I offered to pay for shipping, give the owner a reward. Mike failed to follow up adequately and I never got the other key.In the end i paid $1000 more than the internet price but got less for the trade-in than the carmax appraisal. They did add certified pre-owned status to the car, which they did not offer with the car initially. (Of course, they didn't go through the 100-plus point inspection they're supposed to, but the car only had 8000 miles on it so it should be fine.)

We purchased a 2024 Genesis GV80 and absolutely love it. Everything went so smoothly and all involved were knowledgeable and courteous. I highly recommend Eddie Tourelle’s Genesis dealership.

Absolutely the worst experience of a service department!!! Had a 11:30 am appointment on a Friday to have my charging pad checked, waited 30 minutes to get checked in, waited all day to hear back from them...never did. Called at 9:00 the next morning and left a message to please call me back...never got a call back..so I went to the dealership to get my vehicle....it took 45 minutes to locate my vehicle. I was then told they had to order a new charging pad..... there is no excuse for this except they need better management.!!!!!!!!! I could go on but I won't. By the way this is a brand new 2023 Tucson..just glad I didn't buy the additional warranties....
