Had a confirmation number they had a car. Reservationist dbl checked and called desk to confirm but when I travelled across town in a plight to get a car for the work week as mine had broke down. They would not rent out the car 15 minutes to closing. Had to rent a uhaul truckvto get to work

i rented on app 5 days in advance when got to location was told only had premium vehicle and not the full size i ordered.. so my bill was a surprise $300 more than quoted .. i was forced to take it not have a rental and han no time to waist .

First of all let me say I was extremely impressed with the service here, I’ve had bad experiences in the past with other rental companies but this was totally different. Jajuan and Zach were very accommodating and very professional. I got off of work late and had to return a vehicle but I needed to be dropped off afterwards. It was a little after 5:30 so they could have told me no because technically they were closed, but they didn’t. They went over and beyond to make sure that I was taken care of and I really appreciate it!!!

August 1, 2023So my car is in the shop (a/c broken) and I CALL Enterprise to rent a car. After work I take an Uber to Enterprise and when I get there they do NOT have a vehicle for me (the same thing for the lady behind me who also reserved a car) !!! I am stranded. Thank God my FIL can come get me. How does a company place a reservation with someone (2 people) and not be able to fill it. Enterprise needs to do better! I will say the young man at the storewas very nice.August 3, 2023Update: They “expedited” my call that afternoon and said someone would call me within 24 hours. It has been over 48 hours and I still have not heard from anyone….

Zach over at the Highway 21 location in Covington, LA was a really great help with my rental needs. I had some issues with the rental car itself for the time that I had it, but Zach made sure I was completely satisfied with my experience and helped out where needed. Thanks!

Arrived at 7:45am waited until 7:59 am- door was still locked even though 2 employees clearly watching me tug on door. My intermediate reserve was in the parking lot and not ready to be dispatched. The rep still had to go put gas and “detail” vehicle. The Sentra was filthy upon return- just sprayed down with water, long hair and dirt filled the inside. I pulled off at 8:40 am from a 8am apt. I have a drive ahead of me and this was not the experience I needed. To add insult to injury - the yellow caution light has emerged- so not even sure what that is about. I will not be renting from this establishment again. I also inquired about after hours drop off and employee didn’t have a clue what I was referring about- he only said- you must have spoken with the manager when you called and was relieved I didn’t inquire any further. Terrible service!

Outstanding and helpful staff. The branch manager Hayden Boudreaux is a problem solver with kindness. I was making a long distance drive and found myself and child stranded at the Mercedes dealership no where near home. Mr Boudreaux was knowledgeable and solved my problem, stranded far from home. He even provided a follow up email to check everything worked out for us. Always carry a real not digital copy of your credit card. Without one, its next to impossible to rent a car.

Staff very helpful. I have options for a few locations when I rent for work and choose this location due to the customer service. They do seem short staffed though, but never complain.
