If I could give 0 stars I would. I ordered shoes for my daughter through Amazon and the order was placed on hold due to incorrect address apt number or suite or incorrect name. We live on a farm. I contacted them and they sent me to every other person. 4 days later and still nothing! 90 dollar shoes sitting in limbo forever! Thanks fedx

I was in the store today and Kristi helped me with taking documents from a cd to a flash drive as well as printing said documents. She could not have been more pleasant and helpful!
I have done business with this store on many occasions and had the same level of service with everyone I have ever encountered.
Highly Recommend!

Went in to get spiral bounding and lamination and was helped by Sue! She was not only super helpful but personable. I was very disorganized going into the store, not knowing exactly what I needed, but she showed kindness and patience, and my procrastination project came into fruition with her help! I am writing to express my frustration with FedEx’s customer service. For the past two days, I’ve been trying to reach a real person for help, but all I get is an automated system that offers no solutions. This is exhausting and completely unacceptable for such a giant company like FedEx. This has been the worst experience I’ve had with any other company. I urge you to improve your customer support.

I am extremely disappointed with FedEx's service. I had a client drive all the way from Texas to sign critical paperwork, paid extra for overnight shipping, and drove over an hour to drop off the envelope at this FedEx location. Despite all these efforts, we were informed the package would not arrive on Monday as promised. This is completely unacceptable and shows a lack of reliability for a company that prides itself on timely deliveries. I will strongly reconsider using FedEx for any future urgent shipments.

I have always gotten done what I needed here. Yes, occasionally there is a small wait. Yes, it's sometimes better to set up your order on-line (and their platform can be clunky), but they have always made good for me, esp. with non-standard requirements. Many of the staff have years and years of experience here. Compared to the typical big city FedEx/Kinko's, I would always come here instead. Thanks y'all.

All of the Staff here have been consistently professional, proactive and helpful with all of our printing, computing, shipping and faxing needs for our family for over ten years. Very helpful, patient and timely no matter how big or small our needs have been. Very grateful for their assistance.

Arrived 45 minutes before closing to do an emergency print and fax job. Had to get information to the state. After printing, it was 19 minutes before closing. Assistant Manager told me I couldn't do the faxing because she thought it wouldn't be completed until after closing. Manager instructed her not to start fax. Assistant Manager requested I find another place to complete the job. Refused to let me finish. I had to go down the street to complete the fax at Office Depot and it took 15 minutes. Taylor, Assistant Manager and Trish, Manager need some training on customer service.I recommend Office Depot for all future needs! Friendly staff. Concerned about your needs. There to assist in any way!

I went to Kinko’s to get a manuscript bound. When we walked in there was a woman who had completed her transaction and the manager was having a casual conversation with her about “manifesting” things. There was only one other person there, an older man in the back. I went up to the second worker and told her what I needed done. She took the papers from me then looked back at the older man (who wasn’t in line) and called out to him asking if he was in a hurry. He said he was retired and had all the time in the world. I expected her to start binding my papers. Instead she called the man up to the counter and started ringing him up and told me she would do mine in a while or I could come back later.I can only assume because of the way I was dressed and because I had my four-year-old with me that she figured I was “just” a mommy. I was shocked by this horrible customer service. So after she finished with the man I suggested to her that she take care of the customer who comes to her first. She was outdone with me as was the manager who by the way wasn’t doing anything at the time. I will be taking my business elsewhere. They clearly don’t value it.
