Took my granddaughter there to look for a figurine. Spent way too much money on other things that she absolutely had to have 🤷
Some of the things that they sell there are cheaper at the Dollar Store! I'm sure we will be going back!

Let me begin with: I adore this store, it's one of my favorite places to go, especially when there's a holiday or birthday at every corner. However, I did not have the greatest experience today and I've been sitting and wondering how to word this.
First off: I completely understand having to follow a script for retail. I worked at the Trinity of teen mall jobs ( c, ht, sp ) and I totally get it, but when only one person is doing it, out of the three stores I frequent, that tells me it probably isn't script. So, grown adults really don't enjoy being talked to lile children when they check out — especially twice in a row. I carry the purse when I go out with family, so I usually do the checking out. Most adults really don't need a walk through on how to check out.. nor do they want to have to listen to a child-like rhyme about it. If I can swipe the card once.. I can do it again, two seconds later, without being treated like a toddler who has never worked the terminal. It felt incredibly demeaning.
Two: Guiding your customers to rate you highly is a huge no! ♡ If I didn't enjoy my experience, I have the right not to press the highest one. I don't HAVE to press '4'. If the store isn't organized and clean, I am fully allowed to say it isn't! And if my stop there isn't a 9 out of 0/9 — guess what? I surely have the right to press 0 or any of the other numbers on the screen. Having your employees TURN the terminal away to check what question it asks, just to have them TELL you how to rate YOUR experience is disgusting behavior.
After being treated like a child, then being told how to rate my visit is just garbage customer service. If someone asks or is having trouble with the terminal? Understandable. Highly appreciated. Being walked through it like a kid, being told what to push, and then repeating that like I forgot in the last 0.2 seconds? Awful experience.

Minimal cashiers during a busy rush. They were screaming from the registers for help. Get home and was wondering how one bag can add up to $80 at this store after going over receipt see that they double scanned products. Wish I lived closer so it was worth my time
to get back the money I was over charged but being 30min away it's not worth my time or gas. But yall need to wake up and just do better. Needs better management to plan how to deal with holiday times. And cashiers.need to pay attention when scanning l. Not everyone has extra funds for the holidays to just give to a corporation b.c their employees are careless.

From the moment we walked in we were obnoxiously followed. Stressed to the point we decided to leave the items intended for purchase in a big pile and walk out. The employee was pretending to work while following us the entire time while failing to actually do any part of her job. Literally just running her hands around the shelves and staring us down the whole time. Made us entirely uncomfortable and I wasn't aware that I give the impression of being a criminal.

I don’t live in this area. My first time in the store and was followed the whole time. So embarrassing. He had the nastiest attitude and then when I got to the register the man expected me to give a high rating. I refused. Because why are yal following me. I had a small purse that was already full so what could fit in there. This was disappointing.
