The Covington location off Highway 190 is large, well-organized, and impressively clean, with a great selection of quality adult clothing, a smaller kids' section, seasonal wear, household goods, and random treasures. Many items, including name-brand clothing, are in excellent condition and provide amazing value. The store is easy to access with convenient highway entrances, though the parking lot has much to be desired. The employees are frequently described as friendly, helpful, kind, and genuine, contributing to a welcoming atmosphere and a smooth checkout process. The staff's exceptional hospitality makes customers feel right at home, with some employees noted for going above and beyond. However, experiences can vary. Some caution is advised as stained and damaged goods are found frequently, and rare service mistakes have occurred. Overall, shopping there supports the mission of helping people with disabilities and other employment barriers find meaningful work, while giving new life to old things in a place that holds special meaning for many.
Everything was fine except something was wrongly priced and I was told they could not honor the wrong price on the merchandise....

Used to love going here but it’s gone downhill the past few years. A majority of the items are way overpriced nowadays and it takes forever to checkout. They’ll be a long line with one register open despite other employees in the store, often standing by the person running the register.
