Been trying to get the refrigerator delivered for a month .first one thay said could not fit in my door the 2nd one was damaged and still no refrigerator. Not happy with home depot. Management need to fix this problem.

FIrst you can't buy appliances from the store, they have to be ordered and delivered. We ordered a washer, dryer and range. The dryer door was suppose to be hinged on the left side as we discussed this multiple times about which way the door would open yet it was delivered on the wrong side and i need to take off work again to have the door corrected.The range was delayed for 2 weeks and scheduled for today. Took off work for today's delivery. The site said it is to be delivered today but no time. I call to find out what time and now they say its not coming today but call back next week maybe they can schedule it for another day.The Home Depot has gotten so big they have no regard for customer service. No regard for the money I have lost by cancelling my appointments today to be home for my delivery. No regard for the money I will lose when they decide to schedule for another day.I apologize to LOWES and have learned my lesson.

Bought a leaf blower lost recite if you call they say no recite YOU OR OUT OF LUCK on line they say you can return and get store credit at lower price if on sail and that is ok but if you don't go there you lose

Standards continue to not exist. Today a senile old man jumps in front of me at the self checkout and pretends not to hear me when I try to tell him I was next in line. Employees see this and do absolutely nothing about it. I was shopping here because I refuse to give Lowe's any business. Thankfully I see that there is an Ace hardware further up the road, so I can stop giving Home Depot business as well

I could spend all day in here!! The staff is great and always willing to help you no matter what. The store is always in perfect order and the shelves are neatly stacked.

Each and every time I visit Home Depot Covington, Carissa is always the one there to help me. She does the job of outside assist and has helped me load my vehicle several times… also I think his name is Jamal, he has also assisted when Carissa wasn’t available. He helped to load my cart and also helped load my vehicle. Thanks so much to the two of them I had a great experience… Great Job to you Two…you deserve it!!!???

I don’t blame the workers but the new policies are ridiculous. First they no longer give Veterans or Military Discounts anymore and stopped allowing service members a discount anymore. Second I have a federal sales tax ID number. I had to input my information and it issued me an active Home Depot tax ID Number. I took all those steps and wanted to make a major appliance purchase for my mother. I went to check out and they said based on the delivery address, I wouldn’t be able to use my sales tax exempt ID either because my mom lives in Louisiana. They told us that my tax iD exempt, could only be used for purchases in the state of Oklahoma and even if ordered online the exempt must have an Oklahoma address!!! The Exemption representative at the store informed me the my federal tax exempt could only be used in the state of Oklahoma the state in which it was issued. I’m military and I have traveled many places and use my exempt ID number to include Walmart etc…” I have never heard of this policy any where but Home Depot and It is a shame. Our service members ask for nothing but we believe in duty, country, and honor not discounts or specials. We’ve earned that right and common courtesy and i would not expect this from such a large chain such as Home Depot. It’s sad at Lowe’s our service to country is appreciated. The Home Depot looked for every reason NOT to honor either discount..

The employees at this store, with exception for tool rental, take the cake with no close seconds for worst employees. They hide, ignore or run away from customers needing assistance. Then when you finally get their attention the employees get an attitude immediately and still refuse to help. This has been ongoing since ~2018. I have given many chances but always the same result of rude and inconsiderate employees in almost every department. This is completely unacceptable behavior especially for this long of a period of time. Many of my friends family and neighbors go to Lowe’s whenever we can because of the employees at this store.

The store was generally amazing. However, this whole experience was ruined by customer service representative Nina. She was rude and unprofessional. She had on multiple occasions verbally harassed us, and she wrongfully accused us of stealing. We will be contacting our legal representative for proper justice. Nina is a liability to the store. We wish that our shopping experience can be improved. It is a pity that an essential store like Home Depot is lacking on employee training.

At the Covington store , Sally at the pro desk was phenomenal! She went above and beyond our expectations. I regularly do business here . Thanks to Sally she makes it's easy and fun! Keep up the good work sally!
