Kelly just sad the way you treat a customer after you make a major mistake on tax returns. Then give me an attitude because I don't want to file with you again after you cost me thousands. I dont care if you own that branch or not. People beware of this branch location. Mistakes get made and there is no help after. It's ashame people trust a company pay extra and still get screwed over. Find another branch to use. Do not use this branch in covington. Will be following up with a complaint to corporate as well. But at least others can see some insight to this branch location. Do not let the owner do your tax work she does not pay attention as much as the employees wich is SAD!

Way less than thorough job. Very confusing for a first timer, felt like the tax specialist just wanted to get me out of there. Asked me almost nothing, very doubtful I got my best refund.
Won't be coming back to h&r.
