I have had blood drawn here several times over the last 1.5 years. Shannan has always been there, so it has been a pleasant experience. The last two times that I went, she wasn't there. The first time was okay, but the girl that was there was not friendly and seemed like she didn't want to be working.
The last time I went was horrible! There were two other girls there, one of them was the same one as last time. She was rude, unhelpful, had an attitude, told me that my doctor couldn't order labs there because he wasn't in her computer, etc. I've never had a problem before when Shannan was there. This girl said that they couldn't do my labs. I was so confused. The other girl that was there overheard and came to try to help with the computer. The mean girl did not want her to even try! Well, this girl was able to get my doctor's information in the computer and drew my blood.
I don't want to go back there now. I might try Quest since the last two times were not good with the last visit being awful. I left there in tears!

This location does *NOT* do any STAT orders! Found this after an hour of waiting. Otherwise, the phlebotomists are nice and helpful.

So extremely slow! So many people having to sit on the floor with kids and appointments bump everyone all day! It’s a horrible set up and process. I’ve been waiting and fasting for over an hour and the line I’m down the aisle.

Wonderful cheerful, kind and efficient tech is 5 star at Labcorp inside Walgreens’s. Bloodwork is NEVER pleasant but this is the best. Walk-in or appointment. Easy in, easy out. Even when you have to wait 10 or 15 minutes (never more for me) you can easily entertain yourself shopping in the bright, clean, Walgreens’s. And they page you when it is your turn. The only reason I didn’t give it 5 stars is the sign in kiosk wouldn’t accept my change of address. How silly is that? The tech said no problem, she would handle. Thank you.

The lab tech was super nice! Didn't have to wait but about 30 minutes after I checked in which I didn't mind doing so because there were other people waiting as well. Highly recommend LabCorp. So convenient being inside of Walgreens.

I had no idea this facility was open on Hwy 21 inside of Walgreens in Covington. When I arrived, I checked in using the automated check in computers. After I checked in, I received a text message, letting me know I would be called back shortly. I was called back within 2 minutes of checking in. The lab tech was amazing, super friendly, and got me in and out of there. She was also courteous/friendly. I was so impressed, after having a bad experience at Quest Diagnostics the day before! I informed the lab tech that I was satisfied with the service at LabCorp and I WILL go back to that location. It's so convenient that it's located INSIDE of Walgreens Pharmacy!
