“The truck interior was not clean.
It wasn't filthy, with trash, but cupholder and side pockets on doors had sticky residue. Floor mats were dirty, windshield needed cleaning for safety reasons. But, truck ran well, brakes were good, seats were comfortable and it got the job done. The after hours pick up and return on the app were a bit confusing and could be made clearer for those less tech savvy, but if you have experience with apps, it becomes clear and it's great to be able to pick up and drop off any time. The key was not in a lockbox as stated. It was in the back of the truck. Overall, would use this pick up location and UHaul again. The price was very fair.”

“The facility is clean and well lit with plenty of working carts and the elevator is fast. The bathroom is clean with enough toilet paper, soap and paper towels. Staff were very helpful when I acquired my unit over the phone.”
