I got to this location often. Was never asked if I needed help when I was shopping for flooring (guy was too busy breaking down boxes . .saw me never said a word). Went to plumbing looked had to do alot of research on line to see what i needed to fix my toilet. I guess where we would spent alot of money they just dont want our business if they dont ask if we have any questions or help. Remember people visit a location a couple of times before making big purchases . And not just on the weekends. But we still want to be acknowledged when we get there.

The manager Jake was a tremendous help with finding a product we were needing. Sebastian helped us load up. Both were friendly and courteous.

I was shopping for the landscaper. All this stuff I do not usually buy. Lowe's to the rescue. They pointed me to the right departments and got me the best priced items. Then, I was faced with picking up 8 60# bags of cement. Yikes!
This very helpful employee showed me a better bag at 50# and loaded them on a huge cart. Stayed with me until he loaded into my Jeep. Couldn't be happier.

Items for my store in Covington are not accurate as far as location on aisles/bays. I have been through the checkout for my compost and have been waiting for someone to open the gate for 15 minutes. IT is now 9:15 am. The guy at the register also would not make change four a 20$ bill so I could tip the person who eventually loads my stuff in the car. Totally disappointed
