Used my ProAccount to purchase a bathroom vanity. The first item was damaged and had to jump through hoops to get it picked up, being it's over 300lbs and they sent out a replacement. This one was also damaged, so I started the return and requested my money to be refused rather than place a replacement order.Lowe's freight pickup came and picked up the item back on December 8th. I still do not have my refund AND when you call the store no one answers the phone. I called and let it ring 30 times, literally - no answer. No one picks up and says - we'll be with you in a moment - NOTHING. Just endless ringing. After 3 phone calls I finally get someone and no has any idea who to connect me to discuss the issue.This is RIDICULOUS. I've now had to put in a dispute with my bank and it's just bananas. It shouldn't be this hard.1/5/2024 UPDATE: Lowe's, I appreciate that you sent a generic response; however, If you read my review I've called Lowe's more time than I can count and NO one answers the phone in the store AND when I called and spoken to people - no one knows what to do. I'm not calling again. You have my name, and you know the store I am purchasing through. Escalate internally and fix it. I've spent WEEKS trying to call and get this corrected. I shouldn't have to continue to do this. You guys wasted no time getting your damaged goods back, but can't manage to send me my money. At this point, I should get interest.

Went to get a pair of safety gloves. Asked 2 different associates for assistance. One told me not to trust online inventory that they didn’t carry that product (wow). Another guy told me that if I didn’t see them by the gardening gloves then I’d have to order them. A guy named Mr Doug actually took the time to walk with me and actually find the EXACT gloves I was looking for in the store. Thanks Mr Doug!! I love Lowe’s but service needs to step up. Y’all are losing revenue when associates encourage customers to buy online because they don’t feel like taking the time to look up one item on their mobile handheld device. It’s not like I asked them to grab a catalog and search by hand.

The associate at the professional service desk was extremely helpful. I have anxiety and today is a really bad day. He was kind and patient. Thank you it means a lot when someone is having a hard time.

Absolutely worst place to shop in Covington. They now have no checkout other than self checkout except in the garden area. Was there today and the scanner didn’t recognize barcode so I asked the lady for help. She was looking up a barcode for someone else so she just bluntly told me she would be with me in a minute. When she finished with the other guy she took her sweet time walking back to put her book down, moving some things around and then walking back to me. The whole self checkout thing is ridiculous everywhere, but at Lowe’s, most of the employees act like you’re bothering them when you need something or just don’t show up when you call for help. The only reason I go there is because it’s a little easier parking than Home Depot but it’s certainly not worth all the attitude. Going back to Home Depot.

The sales agent was not very helpful plus he ship the wrong appliance to my home. Went back and worked with a manager in the for the appliance and he was wonderful. A great guy. He gave me all my discounts and for my time loss also just counted even more. What a wonderful experience

My mom & I ordered a washer almost a month ago (since ours went out) and when we originally ordered it, they said it would be delivered the next week. We have called every week and they would always push it back. Not even bothering to take time and let us know it was being pushed back or to even openly communicate with us. Communication has been one-sided, how is a multimillilion dollar corporation with hundreds of thousands of workers unable to make one call? Last week they brought the hoses but not the washer. That of itself doesn't make sense; what's the point of bring hoses before and not wait till you have everything? Yesterday we called and they said it would be delivered today between 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. 5 p.m. came and went and when we called they said it would be delivered on Monday. I don't know what the problem is with them not being able to keep time or make calls informing us what we already paid for won't be arriving, but this is a large inconvenience and extremely unprofessional. We've had to spend money on a laundromat for their extensive tardiness, lack of communication, and overall terrible service. When we FINALLY get our washer we will no longer be doing business with Lowe's. This is absolutely baffling and I hope no one else has to deal with such an UNPROFESSIONAL experience like us.

Needed a new microwave installed over my stove. Ben was patient and educated me about what I needed to know. Ben is a Jewel for Lowe's customer service. They will be installing next week.

I bought a riding lawn tractor. Waited 30 minutes to find someone to help me after I asked every employee for help. Then when someone did help said we have on in the back let me get it for you, he said we have to check to see if everything works. Paid for the tractor and waited another 30 minutes. Went home with the tractor. Go to look at the bottom the belt was off, and it was all chipped up, the blades were in bad shape as well. looks at the minutes run meter it shows 13 hours, had to bring back, the other one that was in the front would not start. Had to get money back. This is not the first time we had issues with product that has been used. It is sad.

This is the worst Lowe's I've ever shopped at regularly. Employees are incapable of performing their job well. No one knows where stuff is. People rarely show signs of kindness. Checkout it inefficient and they often double swipe items.

Lowe's didn't have my color wood stain, so I accepted the offer to blend it. The blend was the right color but unknown to me until it was applied, it was not the right sheerness to show wood grain. The Lowe's paint technician had used a different kind of stain to make it without mentioning it had different properties and finish. When the contractor applied it, It went on like paint not stain. To the contractor and to me, and to all the household, I was sold the wrong product. I went back to exchange it for the right product. Customer service called a manager. Two came. The way Nancy, paint manager, treated me for returning to exchange was horrible. The manager, Jason allowed it, only listening to her and not me nor looking at or considering me or the photos which showed the dense paint-like finish not showing a bit of wood grain. Nancy would not agree that I'd been sold the wrong product but finally said "I'll only allow a refund, that's all." Suggesting only a refund not an exchange, as if I'd asked for something outrageous. So... I asked for the $250 extra the contractor wanted to redo the door. An exchange and that would make this matter whole & resolved. Of course. that wasn't going to happen, but I wanted it clear leaving out crucial information & selling me a different kind of stain had cost me more than time and Nancy's brutal attempt not to make it right. Eventually there was a refund and the stain replacement was free. What I endured to get that was not polite nor good business. People noticed. There were kind people there shocked by my treatment who apologized for the ordeal they saw me go through. Shame on Lowe's when others apologize for your management's public treatment of a customer.

I would like you all, if you will, to envision something for us:You walk into Lowes in May of 2022, having decided to redesign your home kitchen, with the help of Lowes. Now, your belief at the time is that Lowes is one of the foremost in home improvement.So, you carry on. You go forward with the in-store consultation and design and, in the days to come, would pay in full for materials and installation. As with any purchase, you expect perfection because that's what you see in the displays on the floor in the store.Fast-forward to our present, we are two crews in, and while the second crew came in and did their absolute best to fix what the first crew did with their haphazard installation, there was only so much they could do without starting over from nothing.After countless calls with reassurance that Lowes would make it right, we still walk into what was supposed to be a dream kitchen in complete disbelief and horror. The worst is that we were told Lowes would call once the last crew confirmed they were done at our home. We still have not received that phone call. And we still are not happy.We invite anyone from Lowes to come into our home and see the “finished” product and ask yourselves if that were your home if you would be satisfied. I can assure you we are not.With that being said, what are the intentions of Lowes to make this right?We still need to get our installers for plumbing, etc., to come in and complete our design because of the setbacks. This means our vent hood has not been installed, which has stopped us from resuming the cooking of all of our meals. This means the incorrect cabinet installation messed up the quality of our countertop install because our lowers were not correctly leveled and shimmed on the first go-round. This means our backsplash has also been delayed because we have not been able to complete all the tasks above.Again, I beg you to tell us, what is Lowes willing to do to make this right?
