Shameca and Charles were absolutely incredible and so knowledgeable!! I had been to 4 places prior to coming here and my experiences were the difference between night and day! 4 stores I walked out of extremely uncomfortable with the pressure put on me to buy all these things and salesmen/women telling me I didn’t know this or that, but when I walked into Mattresses Direct I literally said “oh the vibes already feel amazing here” and they were!! I bought a mattress on spot and can’t thank them both enough for their kindness and helpfulness!! <3

Charles really spent the time with us to ensure that we were getting exactly what we wanted. I kept going back and forth trying to decide between two totally different mattresses, in the end, he helped us make the perfect decision for our needs and comfort. Highly recommend going to this location to get the customer service and patience that each and every customer deserves when making this type of investment. The service provided was comforting more ways than 1, not only did the salesman make me feel like a customer but he was patient and made sure our choice in purchasing a new mattress was a good fit for our body and comfort. It's good to have good customer service provided.

So we went in here today to look at mattresses (obviously). The plan was to look only, bit after 30 minutes and 3 beds we were sold. Honestly expected the used car salesman experience which never happened. Great experience altogether. Can't wait for Friday and new mattress to arrive!!!

Walked in just to browse, walked out with a mattress! The tech they use to help match you to your ideal firmness is neat and helpful, as was Charles. And for all the quality and info in store, the price was hard to beat- will be back again when it’s the kids’ turn!

I have been having some problems with my delivery and the Gulfport Crossroads store has been extremely difficult and so i called this store and spoke to Shamika Nicols.. hopefully i am spelling that right... she has been a great help and actually gave me a call back when she said she would! Very professional and would reccommend speaking to this woman if you decide to buy a mattress!
