This place doesn't even deserve one star. I'm so frustrated with this company talking to customers support or any EMPLOYEES is a joke. They always have excuses. They never take blame for anything even when u have proof. I got my phone in June and notveven having my phone 24 hrs someone was able to get ahold of my account and have access to my phone was able to get ahold 9f my bank info now there link to everything I get more calls for this person and barely for my self. I have proof from metro showing that someone else is using this number. And no wants to take blame or say how it happen. Famous words are I DONT KNOW HOW THIS HAPPEN! Stay away lf at all posibble

I went in a month ago to cancel my plan and stop my auto pay. They took money out of my account anyway. Now I have to go through a lot to get my money back. They can't seem to find me. Not by my name, my email address, or phone number. But, they DO know how to take my money. They just don't know how to give it back. I wouldn't recommend them to my worst enemy. They are a joke.

This is the worst phone company ever. I went in to trade in my phones. The rep lied that time and told me they can do trade in for Samsung Galaxy z flip phones. The rep gave me the run around and told me my phone was stolen and he was doing an investigation. Three months past and I realize the male rep from this store stole my expensive phone. Months later a women from this same store informed me that that young man was fired for stealing people's phone. I emailed cooperate office managers Sarah Perez, Sarah Braden, and Mike Sievert and the corporate managership are thief's too. These cooperate managers lied about doing a investigation and never refunded me my money. Never in my life have I experience such terrible customers service from a phone company. Please avoid this store and phone company.

This store provides awesome customer service. The customer service agents went above and beyond to help me. I have been with metro PCS for 13 years, and thanks to agents like these.. I will continue to be a customer.

Theirs a little lady their maybe in her 40's, Im not sure of her name, but she's really trying to help out everyone, also the little guy (younger) was helpful as well, I got service around June so this was almost 3 months ago.

Kourtney saved the day!! I am a hospice travel nurse that is on assignment here. I have a Samsung S21 ultra that just quit working. It was terrifying here I am in a unknown state unknown town I don't know my way around any street and I have no phone numbers at my contacts that I can call because my phone has crashed . I have been a metro customer for years. I actually had stop someone and have them Google the nearest store and get directions. Kourtney Was working and attempted to fix my phone which was not possible and this is not a phone repair shop but we thought he might could do something. He was unable to but before he tried to sell me a new phone he sent me to a repair shop to try to get it fixed there. When that didn't work I came back and he assisted me with buying a phone in order to be up and running again. I appreciate his time and effort so much! He truly did save the day and kept me from being lost! Thank you Kourtney

Excellent personal customer service. Ginny was professional, friendly and knowledgeable. Went in the store to buy accessories but I will be returning when I’m ready to purchase any mobile devices or accessories. I would highly recommend doing buissness w/ this store and the current employees. Ginny is most reccimmened. Thanks for your time. I will be back to purchase again. ????????

Went in on Saturday for an upgrade. DJ was so helpful!!!!?. He was very knowledgeable and answered all of our questions. Had a wonderful experience and will return soon to upgrade another phone. DJ is a shining example of superior customer service ????
