Buddy ID is top notch. Always readily available and ready to answer any questions. I recently added a new pet but it was through a different chip company and it was hard for them to understand I had already registered the pet with buddy id and didn't want them and in my email from them they wanted me to end with buddy id and I most definitely would not, I told the other company that I wanted them to delete me from from their database and, from their reviews I see why. Anyway BUDDY ID IS PHENOMENAL by far the BEST Chip company out here in my opinion. Please choose buddy id even if the chip is not from them register with them (BUDDY ID) ONLY WAY TO GO. You will definitely be a happy furr parent with this pawsitively buddy id.

Buddy ID was great to work with. They expedited my shipment of the microchip to arrive in time for my vet appointment. They also helped me activate the chips and update my online account. I highly recommend them.

Well this is a first. Lexie likes to escape. Lol today she got out, someone swooped her up and called the number on her Buddy ID tag. I missed the call, but saw the email and was able to be reunited with her. Now to go move cushions so she will stop escaping the yard. Dang dog! ???

I am the owner of 3 Siberian Huskies and I have found that this is the BEST system to have on your pups. They are easily returned within a day, which with 3 huskies is pretty good!

Even if five stars is considered Extremely Satisfied, this company deserves a TEN! I recently ordered 20 microchips, with registration included. It was a big expense, but as a responsible breeder, I feel it's the best way to ensure everyone gets registered. When I received a phone call from a representative, I didn't know what to think, but Yvonne explained that she could, by switching the order to a bulk product, give me not only five more microchips, but also a refund of over $200.00!!! Tons of companies would not have reached out; would have shipped my twenty chips and kept my money, but not Microchip ID Systems. Their employees and policies are reminiscent of qualities far gone from so many companies now days, like integrity. Legit integrity. Furthermore, (yes, there's MORE!) after casually mentioning the seventeen other chips I bought six months ago (ones that did not come with registration included), she told me that I wouldn't have to pay the full price for activation/registration of each chip, instead providing a cost approximately 30% of what I would have had to pay for each puppy! The phone call saved me over $550!!!!!! This kind of service has earned my lifetime loyalty! I could not recommend this company more!

I have been working with BuddyID for months and our rescue has worked with them for years. Everyone I have worked with has been very friendly, extremely knowledgeable, and a joy to talk with. Through our rescue I have added microchips, checked for chip registration, been contacted about a lost pet, ordered microchips, and had general questions on how the process works. Every interaction has been friendly, informative, and professional.

One of our dogs got loose today and my wife was a mess. We thought she was gone for good. However, we got a call from Buddy ID indicating our dog was found and dropped off at a local vet. Great service from Buddy ID. They even made sure all of our information was up-to-date. Thank you Buddy ID
