Had my son’s car towed there bc it would not start. When I first called I had such a pleasant experience with the lady(sorry I can’t remember her name) who took the call. Was looked at and fixed very timely and was pleasantly surprised at the price. As a single mom, I’m not the most versed in cars but want my child safe. So thankful to have found them. I couldn’t recommend them more.

I bought a 2021 x3 BMW. I took the car for a drive, there were no issues except for the check engine light which they said was only bc of a back window sensor but to call their repair man Eric and it would be taken care of…on the drive home we tried to put the sunroof back but the shade kept getting stuck. I called and Micah told me to call TOPs unlimited in Baton Rouge and they(Northlake) would take care of it except for $100 which I’d have to pay. I was fine with that… fast forward 2 weeks…I brought the car to TOPS and TOPS said Northlake refuses to pick up or return their calls…after weeks of trying to get in touch with Eric, I still haven’t talked to him about my sensor but I was informed that I would be responsible to pay $800 for my sunroof screen. I can tell the truck has been wrecked bc it makes a weird crunching noise when I turn left and I’ve only had the car a month and I already have to repair the brakes, change the front lights, and get an oil change and I haven’t even paid the first note! DO NOT BUY FROM THEM UNLESS U BRING YOUR OWN MECHANIC!

Micah is AWESOME. He worked hard to get our 20 year old son his first vehicle. This is the 4th vehicle that our family has bought from Micah, and it definitely won't be he last. If your looking for a good, honest and trustworthy guy then go to Micah and his team at Northlake Auto. They also delivered the vehicle and we live 3 hours away. They girls that delivered it were nice and respectful. They are just a great group to deal with all the way around. We can't say enough good things about them

I want to share our experience with Northlake Covington. My daughter needed a car, we looked at many and chose Norhtlake Auto because of the integrity/honesty that we read from most. Initially seen Micah, but he was busy and turned us to Ryan the Sales Manager. As we test drove the 2015 Nissen Juke, we found items that raised concerns. First, the engine light was on, second it was a rough ride & third the car was pulling with some bouncing. We verbally agreed that I would take it for another inspection within three days. Delta Tire in Metairie who we have gone too for years; they are all ASE Certified Mechanics. When I signed the sales agreement at Northlake Auto, I explained to Micah that we understood the items of a concern, and it was their due diligence have taken care of, as those were the items of most importance, should have been checked & taken care of prior to vehicle purchase, he agreed. As we left the dealership in the evening, my daughter and I followed each other to the gas station, the car had a little less than a quarter in the tank. As she locked her door & went into the gas station to pay for gas, we realized the key fabs didn't work & were locked out of the vehicle. We called the dealership, but they had closed but left a message. We went to a store to retrieve new batteries to replace in the key fabs to see if that would work, it did. Furthermore, after getting the car fully inspected, one of the first things noticed was the vehicle had no wheel lock key for the tires. They also found multiple issues, vehicle had two tires on the front, one on back rear that were very low on tread, and one was bad and a hazard to drive the mechanic stated. Second, front control arm needed to be replaced (with inspection video that shows the excessive arm movement on the rack) Third, engine light leading to the vehicle also running rough (coils/spark plugs needed further diagnostics). After this, I called & left messages for Northlake. I didn't get a call back and drove across the lake Saturday with inspection report in hand with the copy of the video of inspection listing areas of concern. We talked to Ryan and he simply told me he would give it to Micah. I received a call the next week and I was told that they didn't want to pay retail, but I could take it to Northlake Shore Tire to for wheel lock and repairs. Unfortunately, no one had wheel locks for this vehicle, and we had to go another step to go to Nissan Dealership to pay for the wheel lock key and have it ordered (another expense for us). Finally, I contacted Ryan back and stated that Northlake Shore Tire doesn't do certified repairs and I was concerned how Northlake Auto kept pushing me off and not helping us with these issues. After pressing on, I finally got a referral to Christian Brothers Automotive in Mandeville where it is now. Now, Micah is not approving much of the items as their Mechanic doesn't see some issues even after our inspection report shows the videos of these in particular issues. Micah has only chosen to agree to change one tire, diagnostic for engine light for Mass airflow sensor and for me to cover part of his deductible and I have to now COME OUT of pocket and pay for the rest of the repairs. You guys let us go without taking our $3,000.00 down payment, which we could have walked out the door. But we are honest Christian people and came back in and stated to you, that you didn't get the money for the deposit as you thought. This is what good Christian people do day to day, are honest, have integrity and honor their word. You guys are just worried about the sale of a vehicle and not building a relationship with your customers and lack serious follow up after the sale. Anyone out there that reads this review. I will say that Micah and his new finance guy were very nice and upbeat, Ryan on the other hand, likes to dodge around issues. However, please make sure you do your due diligence and have a keen eye on purchasing a used vehicle and trusting their revolution one inspection.

The guys waited up for me after work and did everything possible to get me out of the door with my - new to me- car. They were polite, knowledgeable, efficient, and made the process easy. As a woman shopping for a vehicle alone, I usely get treated less than desirable. These guys treated me right! Highly recommended!
