Met with the owner Alex multiple times. Extremely knowledgeable, gave me a lot of great advice. Rest of staff was friends and also helped every chance they got. Can’t go wrong with getting assistance from them ever. Product knowledge and quality was amazing and above anywhere else I have ever been.

Best nutrition shop I’ve ever been to by far! They provided so much knowledge and created individual plans for us based off of our body composition. Exactly the place we were looking for. We will be coming back often! Lucky to have this place on the Northshore!

I love this shop and the advice they give. The entire team is extremely knowledgeable and I've always been met and treated with kindness and respect. I love the way they cater to each person, professionally and as efficiently as possible. I've been there in extreme busy bursts, but I know if I wait my turn, I'll have every bit of attention the team has to give. Thanks for all the wonderful (and free) advice over the years of repeat business.

I came into this shop looking for an Amino Acid supplement. I am Very Pleased with the attention I recieved ! Alex Tanguis not only answered all my questions and provided what I needed, but devoted 2 hours to me to provide me with a detailed plan to improve my health, strength, and endurance! Alex is Very Well informed not only on the products he markets but also in sports and fitness in general, and he provides wonderful personal advice! I could not be more pleased !

I've been coming to this location for 8 years, and they have NEVER let me down. Alex and his team are amazing for people who are serious about their fitness and health. They're always busy, but it's worth the wait, they know their stuff!! Do InBody analysis, it's definitely a motivator!! Tell 'em Deena sent you!!

I’m from Murfreesboro, TN where there’s an awesome and well established Nutrishop location that my family visits. For the last 5 years I’ve lived in Slidell, LA and have been saying I’d visit the Covington Nutrishop (for an in body scan) and FINALLY visited a couple of weeks ago and then again, today, and MAN I regret not going in there as soon as I moved there.Thepristine, well-stocked with great products and super awesome merch (they’ve got Mardi Gras tanks right now!) but that’s not even the best part. I’ve been to other nutrishops for an in-body scan, but never have I once received education or had been offered a meal plan like I had today. The owner took time and made me feel like I was the only customer in the shop (he had three come through that he warmly greeted and spoke with while I was sitting with him). He went over my macros, and we customized a plan according to my schedule (new mom life). The products I purchased today were aligned with my goals and felt customized to me-I actually had friends visit this location yesterday and were guided towards different products, so they definitely customize approaches to help their customer meet their goals.I’ll be real, I left with a free shaker bottle, a tub of carb complex and delicious thermogenix AND a t shirt, and so much new knowledge on how to attain my health goals. There is so much value just in the knowledge and expertise of the owner and staff at this location, it’s truly awesome.Please do yourself a favor and check Northshore Nutrishop out!

The owner is very helpful and direct. There's a machine here that weighs you and tells you the amount of fat muscle in water in your body. It's very helpful for tracking progress.

I have been using Nutrishop Northshore supplements for a year in a half. I absolutely love their products and by following their advice and meal plan I have been able to lower my PBF from 28% to 14% also increased my SMM from 126 to 141.1. Nutrishop has helped me change my life and I will always be thankful for their help and knowledge of the products they sale.
