Made an appointment with the grooming salon and fought traffic for 40 minutes all to get there and be told they weren't able to groom my dogs bc it had nit been 24 hours since their vaccine. They offered to fake them the next day so I called and asked to make sure to be told they don't recall saying that. What a joke. Stick to a mobile groomer and don't waste your time goIng here. Angela's pooch parlor charges roughly the same amount and comes to your house to take care of your pet! Delta and roux will not be going back to Petco ever again. Stay local people

when it comes to training...Kourtney is AMAZING. i took a whim when i got my rottweiler pup to go to Petco for her training. I'm telling you that i DO NOT regret my choice. she really listens and she KNOWS her stuff. she makes training easy to understand and helped tailor my pup's training to my needs as i am in a wheelchair. if you need your pooch trained. GO GET YOUR APPOINTMENT WITH KOURTNEY!! I know i will continue to have her do my Gaia's training until we are finished. i give both petco and ESPECIALLY Kourtney a 12/10 rating!!! THANK YOU KOURTNEY!!!! Gaia loves you and so do we!!!

They're not my normal pet store, and only had my second choice pet food. But they were polite and had decent prices. The store was well organized but could have been stocked better.

I've never had my dog groomed professionally before. I brought him in today and I think they did a great job, exactly what I asked for. We'll be back for sure!

I have 3 favorite girls at this store for my GS. Kourtney the trainer is amazing. Patient, kind, and super awesome at what she does. Bobbie is a animal guru and is always so very helpful and sweet. And last but not least, Hannah in grooming made my girl so clean and I have been getting so many compliments on her coat since. These three ladies have made every experience with Petco an amazing one!! And we are there every Sunday and they never let me down. Love love love them and appreciate all their hard work and kindness. I know I could get cheaper puppy products online, however I am willing and so happy to support this company thanks to its employees.

Our dog Chayse gets groomed often by Sara. She is wonderful!! When he comes back to us after his groom with her, you can tell he's happy and clean! Not to mention the awesome attention Sara gives him. She treats him like family. Now, when it's time to go, we tell him “let's go see miss Sara!†And he knows exactly where we are going! Never have any trouble leaving him because I know he's in good hands. We are so thankful for the kindness and care she shows to Chayse. Highly recommend her!
