Brought my cat to get groomed and supposedly they had a specific person who does cat grooming and yet does not understand that with cats you have to proceed with a little more caution. She didn’t let me comfort her before taking her away and immediately put her in a harness and my cat ended up biting and hissing which to me is no surprise. I just would not recommend this place specifically for cats which is very unfortunate. I am extremely disappointed with the customer service from her.

To my dismay the women's bathroom had NO toilet paper in stalls and NO paper towels to dry my hands. I understand rolls run out but with that said, they had 2 paper towel dispensers and both were empty as well.

Petco has a lot of great products but the prices seem to be rising monthly, lol! Last time I was there I left without getting the products I've usually purchased in the past because the prices had gone up much higher than I was willing to pay. Also their website shows inaccurate information pertaining to products they say are available in store but actually were out of stock. Other than that, still an ok place. Employees seem great and the store is clean.

For some reason, I always have an extremely negative experience when I’m here. Staff is rude. This is more about the store staff than the grooming staff. Never brought an animal here to be groomed. Just had to deal with weirdly rude staff in the actual store multiple times.

PetSmart has become our go-to destination for all things pet-related, and for good reason! Every visit to their store is a delightful experience, both for me and my furry friend.
The grooming services at PetSmart are exceptional. My dog always comes out looking and feeling like a million bucks after a grooming session here. The groomers are not only skilled but also incredibly gentle and patient, making the experience stress-free for my furry companion.

A bit hard to locate workers and oftentimes a good percent of their fish are dead or ill, but besides that it’s wonderful! They do an amazing job maintaining the enclosures and helping as much as they can once spotted. I’m very thankful for the few that do work here to keep the store staffed :)
