Planet Fitness is a large, welcoming gym with many locations. It provides a Judgement Free Zone where members with different goals can build strength at their own pace. The facility is one of the largest, with ample workout stations that minimize wait times and best-in-class equipment that is nice, clean, and well maintained. There is a multitude of TVs and an eclectic clientele focused on exercise.
The staff is generally friendly, helpful, and kind, with members often greeted upon entering. Many report consistently good experiences over many years. The gym offers classes, like core strength and lower body, which are motivating and help members meet fitness goals. It is open 24 hours on weekdays, which is convenient. The price is really good for what you get, making it a usable gym where you can get about the same gains as elsewhere.
However, some machines can be missing, and there are no barbells. Occasionally, a staff member can be rude, not patient, and not helpful. The Smith machine bar only weighs 20 pounds. Despite these occasional issues, members love working out there and continue to return.

We joined the Black Card club. The weight machines are plentiful and we don't have to wait for one. We like the cleanness of Planet Fitness. We really enjoy the massage chairs and hydrotherapy lounges and beds that are available for free with the Black Card.

Always a great gym experience sometimes during the summer it gets crowded due to kids work out free but other than that great experience im in there 5 days a week always clean and staff is very friendly their tanning beds are very hot and their hydromassage beds and lounges are amazing!! Highly recommend
