Good customer service, older facility(Hwy25) a little run-down, but found out it was recently purchased from another company and is in the process of being renovated, but functionality is still good and intact.

One of the doors is out of order.
No Office manager on site, spoke to manager from office on Hwy 59. Made reservation and renting easy.

The temperature control is rather iffy. Each time I was in the facility it seemed extremely warm for my liking. I didn't trust my antique instruments to be stored there for fear that they would be damaged by temperature fluctuations.
It also seems that every time I visited one of the doors or gates were broken.

Run Run Run! They bought out RedDot two weeks after I rented a unit. Reddot owed me a credit. SROA will not respond to emails, messages etc! After calling and calling and calling .... There is no corporate number just customer service. Very unprofessional! RESPONDING to your RESPONSE! I spoke to someone on August 1 2024, they knew nothing about a credit being owed to me and we're supposed to look into the matter! I told them to put the credit on my next bill which was due 9/16/2024 and they didn't so I paid TODAY 9/22/2024 with no credit added but a late fee was added. This All your customer service team does is laugh and hang up! They are tired of telling me that someone is going to call me back and that they will send another email and I'm tired of calling! This has been going on for MONTHS! As soon as my home is ready to move in I'll be out with the intention of never using this facility ever again. Bad news travels fast.

The new owners of our storage facility, SROA, have been very nice to work with. I recently had an issue and was contacted by the district manager who was very understanding and supportive. She made me feel my concerns were taken seriously and she was able to address those concerns to my satisfaction! Thank you Ms. Smith!
