I use the scanning go App. No waiting in long lines I just scan my items select check out and I'm out the door. Shopping at Sam's couldn't be any easier.

I’m writing a review because they use synchrony bank. I was hassled to get a card for Sam’s so I applied. I received it with a large balance due to my credit scores. After years and no late payments or balance left on card it’s closed due to I am a risk of payment or something like that. My credit scores are extremely high. 820-830s. My income is what most families make combined. Don’t waste your time applying for this retail card. Use a bank or American Express. Sam’s Club is a joke for allowing and using synchrony financial. Probably going to Costco right across the interstate in Covington, La.

Great prices. Variety of merchandise is stunning. Save on the usual household supplies and can find large purchase items also. Very helpful staff searched for an item, found it. Saved from going to a different store.

Always have the items we need. We very much like the scan and go feature. Also, ordering items online and sometimes to have items shipped directly to our home. I wish the 7 a.m. shopping for business members

Ordered our Pizza, sat 10 feet from the counter and they said they would call my name when it was ready. 45min later our pizza still wasn’t done.
One of my kids went to check on it, yeah, apparently it had been ready, it was sitting in the warmer (it’s cold by the way) for 30+ minutes because they decided not to call my name!

I drove in with a tire that needed a plug at eleven am today and drove away with an air tight tire and a membership at noon. The folks staffing the tire area are great.

The employee behind the member services desk, Angela, has such a bad attitude, is clearly miserable and obviously does not want to be there. I don't understand why she continues to work the member services desk. She is always so rude. I have not written a review about her in the past, but I've had enough of her. I don't even think management cares because if they did, they would not tolerate the attitude.
I am always nice and the other employees at the desk are usually okay. In the future, I will wait for a different employee if Angela is behind the counter. She put me in a foul mood because of the way she treated me both in the past and today.

Do not use this Tire & Battery Center!! You’ve been warned!! I ordered a set of tires for my truck, and made an appointment to have them installed. Dropped off my truck to them and went shopping in the store with my wife, 2 hours later we were done shopping and went to check on my truck, my truck was on the lift and all 4 wheels and old tires still on, and there were four people standing and looking at one of my tires. So I asked if something was wrong, and they said yes, we can’t get your tires off. They stripped brand new lugs that were installed the week before. So I asked them to leave it alone, and took the four new tires, to a different shop and had the damaged lugs removed for $150, then another $80 to have my new tires mounted and balanced!! Save yourself money and a headache and go somewhere else!!!
