I called and gave a shout out to their managers, but the message got lost I guess. If you need tires, go talk to Shannon and Duncan and the guys in the tire department. Shannon was able to assist with getting new tires and her attention to detail saved me potentially thousands of dollars. She saw that I had a AWD, and I needed all 4 tires to be the same to prevent damage to my car. I’ve taken my car to other dealers, and no one ever mentioned anything like that to me. Thank y’all for everything, and I’ll recommend all of you to everyone!

I stopped one evening around 5:30 to pick up a rotisserie chicken. They only had 8 minutes left to cook. I stood in line with others waiting and waiting for someone to get them out of the oven. We asked other employees and departments for help, we asked for a manager and even called the store many times. Most people left, except a few diehards to stubborn to leave. I finally got my chicken at 6:30!!!!I have tried to call about this incident but could never get anyone to answer the phone. This is a very poorly run store.

Yesterday I contacted my local Sam’s club (Covington) due to being charged twice (two different amounts) after using Sam’s delivery for the first time. The amounts were only different coin wise. Otherwise, both were the same dollar amount. The First Lady I spoke with asked for my Sam’s card number. I gave it to her and she rudely said “are you sure you have a Sam’s card that number ain’t valid” so I asked if she wanted to read the number back to me to ensure we were hearing each other correctly. (During this time I’m thinking how would I place an order without a Sam’s card?) she then transfers me and the manager on duty says that’s not a valid order number. So I explained they never asked for my order, just my Sam’s card number but I’d be happy to provide it. I provided my order number and the manager said “there ain’t no orders with that number” so again I explain I am looking at the order on my app and would be happy to send an email with the picture confirmation etc. the manager said “I don’t need confirmation it doesn’t exist” so I asked him to repeat my order number back to me- he had the entire number wrong. Once he found the order he said “you only got one order” I explained that’s the issue but I was charged twice. He proceeded to say “ain’t no way there’s only one order” I then reiterated my previous statement. He then yelled at me saying it is not his fault I was charged twice. I did ask who all within Sam’s has access to my card information since it’s my first time doing delivery. He said “how would I know” So I repeatedly asked toSpeak with someone else he said he was the only person I could speak with. I asked his name and he said “good question. Idk” I said you don’t know your name? He then hung up on me. I called back a while later and spoke to Brayden, another manager on duty - even tho I was toldThere were no others. He was kind, compassionate and continuously apologized for his co workers actions. Do better Sam’s. My family will be switching to Costco.

The chocolate chip Little Bites Muffins from this location are always dried out and ruined. Its been like this for at least two years.

Awesome store, clean and friendly people. Well stocked with the community needs like bottled water. They do a good job listening to the needs of the members.

This place allowed a purchase of $3200 on August 31 at 11:22 am from my EBT card and didn't find it suspicious at all to decline it or ask for ID. Now I'm at a lost. This was 4 months worth of backpayment from the day I applied for EBT for myself and family and it's gone in one transaction. This transaction should've been declined and never accepted. This place is the worst.

Today I had my tire replaced and a tire technician noticed a rod from right rear side was loose. He kindly took the picture and called for my attention. I should have asked his name but I am so grateful for his care of customers. Thank you so much Mr. Kindness!

We purchase our tires from Sam's Club whenever we need replacement tires. We ordered a replacement tire under road hazard warranty. It was supposed to be arriving within 5 days and we would be notified. The Tire & Battery Dept can NEVER be reached to speak to someone on the phone. After continually checking for emails and trying to reach the dept by phone after 8 days of not hearing whether or not the tire has arrived, we decided to drive 40 miles to the store only to discover the tire had been there. This is a 10-ply tire we are speaking of that was replaced to match the others already on the truck that were also purchased at Sam's Club. We tow a travel trailer and require what is advised at recommended PSI on the tires. All other Sam's Clubs have no issue with inflating these tires to 70 psi (Max on these tires is 80 psi). This particular store refuses to put more than what is indicated on the vehicle's door label even though these are NOT the stock tires for this truck. They claim this is a "safety issue". What more of a "safety issue" can this be when the tires are not inflated to within recommended PSI??

It's pretty sad that they pay somebody to stand and watch customers checking themselves out, basically doing there job.... If Sam Walton was still around you can bet that wouldn't fly any farther than a paper airplane!

After all these years it keeps getting worse. Bought 41 boxes of flooring at 10:30 am with 106 degree heat index. Staff in flooring area refused to help load, denied use of a pallet, even though they had a forklift on the flooring aisle, they would not bring outside to my pickup truck to load rather told me if I wanted it, it would be by hand and they had no staff available. COSTCO CANNOT OPEN SOON ENOUGH! The response below from Sam’s is an auto response only. THEY COULD CARE LESS the line to leave store was 15 minutes long today. No carts in store???

I am here several times a day and the cart situation in the parking lot is absolutely ridiculous. This location always has carts spilling out into driving lanes throughout the parking lot. Who is in charge of getting carts or delegating the task? They are dropping the ball a bit too much.

I just got my membership not too long ago, and I’m new here but I got the worst service ever!! I hate it this place and regret paying for this membership!! Do not go to this Covington Sam’s! Workers are not friendly, and I paid more for what I got! I ordered a brownie sundae and got a chocolate yogurt… ?Really the worst place ever in my entire experience here!
