I went for a simple haircut. #4 clippers on the side, fade in , short on top. I wish I would of got the stylist name but did not. She stopped mid cut and said she couldn't cut a section of my hair because of a cow lick. So she just left this large chunk of hair uncut on my head. As soon as I saw it and pointed it out, she says there is nothing she can do. So when I went to pay , I asked here did she think this was a good haircut? She got upset and called Candi over (manager). This is where my complaint comes in. When Candi came over instead of saying let's fix it she said just comp him for his cut. I have been going to Supercuts since Candi started there. 20 years plus. I didn't come to get a comp, I came for a haircut. Instead of sending me away , maybe someone should of tried cutting my hair correctly. I'm 66. I know what a good haircut is and I know a bad haircut. This is the worst haircut ever. Well you just lost a long time customer.
