This lady will ghost you if you have any problems at all. It was known from the jump that my husband needed to work on his credit I contacted her and told her our problems . well we fixed everything then the house that we was supposed to buy backed out(which was no problem). We found another house within a couple of days. She told us to put a offer in so we did THEN she ghosted us. She would not answer my phone calls but replied to my husband (which she didn’t know his number) . After 2 days of so much stress I found another Lender which he told me why she ghosted us is because something popped up on my husbands credit which wasn’t a big deal we paid it off now we just have to wait another 2 weeks which is not a problem. She is very unprofessional and she will ghost you and leave you stressed out .( She ghosted us a few times ) we make more then enough money so the only problem was my husbands credit which can be fixed and we can wait it’s not a big deal .
