Absolutely the worst store out there. They do not know what they are doing. Save yourself trouble and just call tmobile and tell them you only want to deal with tmobile online because the stores have incompetent workers that try to juice you for extra money. Tmobile help line will give you better service without the hassle. This store had replacement zflip that had screen peeling again that tmobile sent to the store for 5 dollars and they would not give the phone to my husband and instead wanted him to pay 99 dollars through insurance and have ANOTHER phone sent to our home. Then they filed the claim and now tmobile had to credit us back because the store is full of crooks. We also now have to wait longer to get the phone through the mail that is sitting at the tmobile store. It's just a very shady store go elsewhere or just deal with tmobile through the call center.

I can't say enough about the professionalism, kindness and teamwork demonstrated by the team today at the T-Mobile store at 501 N Hwy 190 Covington, LA. !!! I had originally spoken with Zack who kindly agreed to help my dad get his new phone set up! However teammates, Austin, Brian and Ashley all pitched in to help when Zack was not available. What teamwork! Between the three of them, Brian, Austin and Ashley spent a considerable amount of time helping my dad set up the phone, AND got his hearing aid connected AND his caption app reconnected so he could read what is being said in the conversation.So often, people get impatient with the elderly, especially when they have a disability like my dad's profound hearing loss.Ashley, Austin and Brian did such a phenomenal job and were so patient and kind to my dad. He told me he would not hesitate to go back to them anytime . He also wants them to know he really appreciated all the help they gave and the time they took with him.If T-Mobile rewards their staff for going above and beyond, these three definitely deserve an award! I'm so grateful that my dad was able to be helped by such caring people! Thank you, so so much!

Called Dec 30 2023 had no cell service or internet some girl answered call told me she didn't have time to deal with me her people in store were more important , t-mobile customer service said it was my problem not theirs so deal with it once they get your money service sucks avoid avoid avoid

Tj is an overbundle of joy! HE was very kind and way nicer than most people. He solved an issue I've been having for years with T-mobile and got me into a new rate plan for a future upgrade

Ok so the 21 store zero stars this store 5 stars. So I walked into the 21 store I was going to switch over to them but Tyler said I need a down-payment of ... I said na I'm good just give me the Hotspot cuz I work offshore. So he does I get to work and it didn't work. So my wife brought it to this store (190) after they pulled up my account she got told I don't need a down-payment for the phones and Tyler (21 store) gave me the home internet and never took it out of that stores Inventory. I couldn't believe that the 21 store does customers like that. All Tyler sees is dollar signs on the sales. I will never go back to the 21 store I'll deal with this store from here on out I will be switching over when I get back home from work this time

The store is strongly advised to undergo senior sensitivity training due to an unfortunate situation my senior aged father had to go through as he was experiencing a mental health crisis. Thank you for all you do. Thumbs up!
