Always do business here and went to purchase a $400 deer feeder today and wow what a experience manager is very rude and unprofessional don't even act like he has time for his customers no problem before I walked out i told him no problem I'll go spend my money elsewhere was a great store when Larry was manager here

Many shelves throughout the store were almost empty. Some entire sections of the store contained less than ten percent of different sizes of items. Isles are crammed with new items while the shelves remain bare.
When I got to the register there were ten people in line and one of two cashiers said it was her break time and closed the register and left.
I saw one customer irate at the amount of time he had to wait for an employee to fill a propane tank.
Store is going down hill from what it used to be.

Puchase a Toro zero turn mower today and explain to the salesmen i needed to get my trailer. When i returned with my trailer the manager could not start the mower, said he was going to use the forklft to place mower on my trailer. I didn't think it was a good ideal. So he tell me the mower is out gas, also his can was empty. He said he could push it on my trailer. He said i couldn't borrow his gas can and he could not leave. So i told i would get the gas. He i could contaminate the gas using my jug and if it want start and he want take the mower on a return. So i decided to return the mower instead of continuing to put up with him talking me any kind way. He had to end up approving the return with his number anyway. What bad customer service on this sale.

I like this store, But there prices has raised a little. Definitely not the cheapest around. But there friendly and helpful & I like the unique stuff they have. It's a nice place.

The main item I purchase here is dry dog food. Since I have a Great Dane I purchase the biggest bag. I have never had a problem getting help putting the bag in the cart. Someone is always willing to follow me to my car to put the large bag in my vehicle. They have a wonderful supply of pet items from snacks, shampoos, toys, leashes, etc. All the employees are smiling and very helpful. It is my store of choice for many items.

I LIKE TRACTOR SUPPLY , BECAUSE IF I CAN'T FIND IT NO WHERE ELSE ! I CAN USUALLY FIND IT AT TRACTOR SUPPLY , EVEN IF IT COST ME MORE , BECAUSE SOME OF THEIR PRICES ARE A LITTLE HIGHER THAN OTHER PLACES !!!!

First off, I'm surprised how hard it is to acknowledge a great employee. You can tell the company doesn't care. There is nowhere to post.
