For the second time my mail lady mistakenly delivered my package in someone else mail locker. Her supervisor, Trey, called back to log my complaint but I never heard anything more about their investigation on what happened to my package. I tried many times to call back but the call with please hold and connecting goes absolutely no where…

Don’t bother making a passport appointment here. They will allow you to show up and then lie to you and say they don’t have a passport agent to do your appointment . ( Despite Peggy the passport agent standing right there at the counter talking about going to take her break at the same time of your appointment) then when she tried to reschedule my appointment she said if I make it for a Saturday I may show up and have them refuse to complete my appointment again because a passport agent “isn’t there” aka doesn’t want to do your appointment. FYI- I know she was the passport agent because she just did a passport appointment for me a few months ago, I back doing an appointment for my kids.

This has got to be the worst ran post office in the state. The one in Mandeville is amazing and world-class, but this one is so poorly run. They do have one good supervisor, Mr. John who actually cares, but he can't fix all the problems himself when his fellow supervisor Lindsay has got to be the worst employee they have ever hired there. She does absolutely nothing to resolve issues and will go out of her way to avoid helping people who have issues. Why do they even employ a person like this? They should fire her, and put someone in the office who doesn't have such a poor attitude, and is willing to help people
At this location, they constantly and fraudulently mark my packages as DELIVERED when they have never done that. I have reported stuff ro Me. John, and he normally fixes my issues. If I report it to Lindsay, she does absolutely nothing.
Update: This year they have lost several of my packages, and the supervisors refuse to help me. They just don't care, but this is acceptable because they are government employees. If they worked for any other company most of them would be unemployed.
Ms. Susan Gottschalk a supervisor who works here was supposed to help me find a missing package, but because that would require work she refuses to help. At first I thought she was nice, but she is rude and refuses to ever come up front whenever I ask for her. People like her need to be fired, and bring in people who are willing to do the job they are paid dor.

I go to two different offices and both have been pleasant and efficient. I don’t have problems with mail delivery - once in a while I get a mail piece for a neighbor but I just pop it in their mailbox. Probably aren’t perfect but not complaining about the work they do. I am not even sure how they can read the handwriting on sone pieces.

Constantly getting other people mail, packages not getting delivered, standing outside yesterday flag on my mailbox was up and the mailman drove right by the house without picking up mail. Waldheim estates subdivision. Made several complaints to post office. It’s time for the postmaster to be held accountable and be fired.

The mail person is putting packages in the wrong mailboxes. This is in Oak Alley Meadows neighborhood. It is happening very often. My neighbor brought me a package today that was in her mail bend. Also they have brought my mail several times that the mail person put in her box. This is happening to others in our neighborhood too.

terrible service, the automated phone system does not listen to what you're saying, and If you get to talk to an agent you'll just get bounced around and end up getting nowhere, all in all, I recommend using any other service rather than this one and being specific the Covington location is the worst one.

if i could give negative stars i would. didn’t even bother trying to deliver to my house. now it’s returning to sender, went to the post office myself and they didn’t even try to help me. now i have to reship and probably won’t make it before my show. will be contacting corporate.

Put slip in mailbox that said they tried getting me to sign but it was storming and no one tried knocking on the door or ringing the doorbell, I filled the slip out and it has stayed in the mailbox for a week. I rescheduled delivery and it is still pending at post office.

Saw online how this Postmaster has no idea of the laws or rules regarding filming in the post office and he made two false 911 reports and should be held accountable or fired.

two days in a row failed to deliver my packages stating they couldn’t access the location when there’s quite literally nothing stopping them. very annoying

You experienced a First Amendment audit your postmaster Mr George called the Covington Police Department when they should have called the Federal Protection Services. Your employees were rude condescending and did not know about poster 7. Please train your employees better.

I just saw a video from the J-town press and watched and heard the postmaster George Brengartner blatantly lie to the police about a woman exercising her 1st amendment rights to film in public. He states multiple times that she is sticking her camera in people's faces. A complete and utter lie!! Just to get a response from armed men. How pathetic!!!
