Do not go to this Walgreen's if you want to ship something via FedEx. The old ladies working there did not know how to scan a label to mail a package. Not only were they incompetent, they were incredibly rude. An appropriate response would have been "I will try to find another employee who is capable of helping you," or even "I'm sorry, but we don't know how to mail a package. We can't help you." Instead, she walked away without attempting to help in any way. This is definitely the worst customer service I have ever experienced at a Walgreen's. It wasn't even busy in the store; I guess now I know why. I will never go back, and I hope they receive a few lessons in customer service. I would give zero stars if it was possible.

Overpriced. They solicit you for a charity contribution at the register then again when you walk out the door!

Walgreens Pharmacy just denied me my prescription. They told my wife that MY medication had to be administered by a medical professional & further refused to give her the prescription they had already filled telling her that another pharmacy would have to fill it. They knew CVS didn’t accept my military insurance Tricare, and that we would have to pay cash for it. This medication is a non-narcotic, common anti inflammatory injection for my headaches. No conflict of medications, no suspicion of incorrect dosing or abuse. The Tech told my wife that it’s Walgreens policy that she had to bring the prescription to my doctor to administer, or have a home health nurse give it? Lauren explained my 10 year history of administering my own injections (thus the prescription from my neurologist; my pharmacy history is on record in their system as well). My wife called her friend, a registered home health nurse, who agreed to administer the shot to me regardless of me being trained and used to doing my own (while sitting at the pharmacy window). The Tech and Pharmacist then refused to give my wife the prescription. My wife asked to speak to the Pharmacist, and the Pharmacist refused to even speak to my wife. My wife asked to speak to a manager and was told there was not one. WTH? My wife asked for the prescription, and was told another pharmacy had to request the transfer. My only option was to go to an ER, Urgent Care, or pay cash at CVS (which was closing soon with literally 17 people ahead of me). No yelling or cursing came from my wife; just bewildered shock and terror that I would continue in excruciating pain due to someone’s ignorance or sheer discrimination? 3 hours & 38 minutes later she returned with everything needed to administer the script & the CVS Pharmacist even found a coupon for the purchase because she felt so bad for the blatantly unnecessary situation. 10 years of this medical condition and this example is a common hurdle for a retired military family to get one basic medication for a family member. Imagine what a day is like to get a specialty medication or doctor! Support local small businesses….and don’t be an @ss
