The only thing I can say positive at this moment about my experience, is that the technician, Kenyatta B, was absolutely amazing. She has been working with me for weeks now trying to get my medication to go through insurance and she made it happen for me. I can’t praise her enough.

This store has very kind and courteous employees. It is very nice to be greeted right away. It's clean and organized and all of the employees seem to be very attentive and are always looking to assist cutomers with a smile and a cheerful attitude.

Every employee I’ve encountered as been so friendly and helpful. They don’t forget about you when you wait for a prescription. They help you find coupons even! Excellent pharmacy!

Sooooo slow. You wait in line forever to find that simple prescriptions take over an hour to fill.

This is the worst Pharmacy I just drove an hour to get a prescription they said on the phone was ready but when I got there they still haven't received a call from the doctor 30 minutes later when I get home they say it's ready for pick up. As many bad reviews as I see I don't think they should have any customers and this is every month for us and my family

Asked for photo help from 2 different employees and was ignored. Finally employee discovered cords were not hooked up correctly and systems at both kiosks had to be rebooted. Could you have checked that when I first asked????

The worst customer service. I gave them a second chance after the worst experience ever with a pharmacy. Apparently, they don't even care about bad reviews... at all! My advice would be go find a different Walgreens. Maybe corporate will finally do something about it!

I was in the drive-through line 1st-- The pharmacy tech took my order. told me the amount owed, accepted my payment and then went on to take the persons order in the next lane, rather than sending my order through. They went back-and-forth on some issue that the other person was having-- I could hear the entire conversation and it sounded like she was telling them conflicting information. I pressed the help button twice to ask for my RX but she kept telling me to wait "a few minutes." She should have just completed my order before starting another persons order. All she needed to do was send my meds but instead she made me wait an additional ten minutes. There is always something at this location, the staff are clearly not well trained and it's not convenient at all. I will take my business to a different pharmacy.
