“I have done business with this store multiple times and worked next door when it was Rimco. This store has some of the best staff I have dealt with. I have rented from different Aarons stores across the country. I was looking for a new sofa this time and I visited the OTHER guys and I regret not going to Aarons first but I wanted to give them a shot. Their prices were "AFFORDABLE" and everyone was nice I just got strung along for 3 days waiting on the delivery. Their store manager even verified and told me 100% it was gonna get delivered. I went back to the store 5 minutes before they closed and my merchandise was still sitting on the showroom floor. I got a refund from them and went to Aarons like I knew I should have done in the first. place. This was Thursday at 6pm. Friday at 930am Aarons was walking through the front door with my sofa. Will never go back to any other "AFFORDABLE" furniture store.”
“Taylor, Tiffany, and the rest of the crew in Crowley were amazing. My phone transfer ended up taking forever but by the time I left I gained 4 new padnas! ? Seriously though, they were so knowledgeable about the products, current promotions, and the best plan for me and my family. Got some excellent deals on new phones, a new watch and home internet. Switching to T-Mobile is already a great decision. If youre thinking of switching, don't. Just go in and see them!!”
“Marleigh my Sales Rep. was very perfessional and polite and broke everything down to where I understood. This was on Friday and delivery date was for following Monday. They called on Monday and had to change delivery for Wednesday due to shortness of delivery staff. At first I was disappointed and a bit angry but then I thought about it and I understand that things work out for the best. So Wednesday will be happy to receive my new dinette set and my new lounger chair. Thank you Affordable for trusting me to rent to own from yall!!
