They were okay when it was Iberiabank. But since they switched over it's worse. I've been with them for over 20 years now. It takes more than a day for a check to clear when it use to clear the same day at the ATM. When I make a deposit at the ATM only part of it shows online. For example I depositEd a small check for $260 when I checked my account it only showed I deposited a $100. It takes longer for bills to get paid now with online bill pay. The drive thru is always slow. I could say more but I'll leave it at that.

Iberia/First Horizon has gone downhill since they got rid of several top notch employees a few years back. Andre, Hillary, to name a couple. Stayed with them because I have been banking here for almost 25 years. Closing account today to go to a smaller, hometown bank. I told them I would be going elsewhere, they do not care!!!!

This has to be the most unfriendly, unhelpful, disrespectful, rude, branch of not just IBERIABANKs but any bank. I’ve been banking there for over 20yrs maybe more but I’ve had enough. They went down hill few hrs ago when they let manager go who had been there over 40yrs. I’ve never seen anything like this especially with a bank. Unreal people

The worst drive-thru at a bank, 3 lines & 1 person working them (at all times). No drive-thru ATM. And the ATM is out of order half the time.

Things have really gone downhill in resent years. Today they told me they couldn't help me direct my statement from email to a physical statement on their system. The lady told me that I had to go do it myself on my app. If I can't go to my local branch to get changes made to my accounts, what good are they.

The drive through is highly inefficient. It seemed that we only had two cars in front of us in our lane, when in reality it was nine cars because there is only one person working the widow of three drive through lanes. Improvement can be made!
