Our purchase was a very pleasant experience with our Sales person Jenn Myers at Shetler Corley, we were treated like her very first customer ever, she was very attentive to what our list of wants were in our F-150. We were in and out quickly but not rushed, she even had our new to us truck detailed and delivered it to us with final paperwork. Mechanic shop is not very informative, they have lack of leadership. I’m speaking about the mechanic shop that Had our 24’ Truck at their Shop…was a constant struggle, with them communicating with us and not informing on shattered windshield not just once but twice. After 2 weeks still not fixed for a two day job. While we wait we lose hours and income..
