First time there. Had an awesome experience. They were all very polite, asked if they could pet my dog or give her treats. I am a pretty anxious person by they made leaving the house and driving all the way to Crowley from Lafayette worth it. Rae was cool and patient while they helped me find certain items in the store.

I visited this store twice this week, both times making a purchase, but both times there were 5-7 employees standing around the register and not a one was paying attention to the customers checking to see if any assistance was needed. Both visits I walked the entire store looking for the items needed, and would give up and ask the crowd at the register. They would just point and direct but no follow up or service. As much as I enjoy shopping Tractor Supply, this location needs to address customer service before they lose them all.

Well, how many gallons of propane should a 7 gallon tank hold ? Does anyone else think it's odd that my tank took 8.2 gallons this evening at tractor supply. It wasn't filled on a scale, so I don't know what it's full weight was.I'd be interested to know if anyone else has had this "overfilling" experience.

The worst customer service ever. My Father is 86 years old and no one would help him with two peach trees. What would have happened if he would have fallen on the cement and injured himself. I am totally not happy with this store. We will not be returning to this store!

I applied forT.S.Neighbors club Discounts, gave my email, I buy about $400.00 per month in feed for last ten years and not one email or coupon. I guess I go shop local at Anthony's feed in Churchpoint, LA. and save on gas.

Very poor phone service. Evidently only the manager can look up parts. And after waiting for over 12 minutes. I decided to spend my money elsewhere.
