Potentially one of, if not the, worst Walgreens in the entire United States of America. Either the workers here do not care, or they’re not trained to perform the jobs, or the manager is just plain incompetent. Maybe a combination of all of the above. Even refuse to operate the print machine with random various excuses that make no sense.. it’s almost comical.

Found the store clean. I usually price check using the app, and it didn't work on many items, so I had to have them scanned and decided at checkout. Then, some things rang up on sale at the register but didn't show the correct price in the app?? Madecit harder to shop effectively. There was one person at the registers and one stocking...other that the pharmacy.

Management is horrible, I had a curb side order and manager would not bring it out and stated she was not going get wet this is after she called me to say it was raining and wanted make sure I still wanted my order I stated yes I did. I get weather happens and no one wants to get wet but if you have curbside and weather is coming you need to either disable your orders or use the proper gear to service your customers. I've worked retail for years and customer service should always be your priority. If she wasn't so rude I probably would have said ill come back for it but she had an attitude from the get go and still wouldn't deliver the order as she should for curb side.

A mentally ill cashier yanked my credit card out of my hand and yelled at me. Also took two phone calls and made me stand there instead of scanning my items. Absolutely disgusting, unprofessional, animal behavior at this location.

Y'all. This is absolutely the worst pharmacy located in the Crowley Louisiana location. Doctor from the local hospital called in some medicines last night for this pharmacy. Last NIGHT y'all. Came to the pharmacy after work at 3:45PM and was told all my medication wasn't ready because it was sent in the night before. They "DO" all the meds prescription that was brought in their pharmacy in the morning first. This absolutely makes no sense at all. AT ALL!!!

Waited in line for 45 minutes in the drive thru to pick up my prescription with a sick toddler in the car and they closed the damned window as soon as I pulled up. SO SLOW AND VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!! Won’t be using them again!!!!
