I have to give a text rebuttal I received about Jakobi when asked about Satisfaction choices and it should have been a 5., not 1. Because I read it wrong on my phone just now. That 26 update got me reading wrong. Sorry about that Jakobi😇👍🏼✨

Asked the 2 young ladies to help with my phone. They both sat at the table where they were busy look at their phones. One never looked up and acknowledged me. The other said buy some storage. Neither one even looked at the or got up from where they were. Absolutely WORTHLESS!!!

They don't know the difference between 7:00 PM and 2:30 PM. I showed up at 2:30 & they were closed when the sign clearly says they're open till 7:00 PM.
